Trying to narrow down why it might not show for you guys, im using an iPhone 5 with Safari browser.

Windows Phone, toolbar doesn't show up on any browser I try.

Could be down to Windows phone for whatever reason, will have to see if its just isolated to those phones and why the browsers arent loading those options, as it works fine on mine in Safari.

Yeah I just tried with a different browser also, nothing showing still. It's probably not coincidence, must be to do with Windows Phone.

I still can't figure out why we say we are "in" a country when surely we are "on" it? But we say we are "on" a plane, yet "in" a car?
Why do we "draw" curtains?

I'm thinking it's to do with the second and third definitions for draw:
2.
to bring, take, or pull out, as from a receptacle or source
3.
to bring toward oneself or itself, as by inherent force or influence; attract
By that reasoning, the second definition would reference drawing a bath (you're taking water from its source to fill the tub) and the third would be for drawing curtains (you're pulling the curtains towards each other).
