It makes no mention of it being a Devils Arm; and if it does, it basing on theory that there 'may' be. The DMC wiki isn't 100% accurate either; as was discussed on IGN. =/ Grabbing a ledge isn't exactly time shifting either.

This is the first time we seen the DB in action, what we know is that it absorbs powers, strength, and Devil Arms. If it sucks something that controls time, then it's also a time shifter. Wiki doesn't have to be 100% (Nor does IGN), yes they are theories, but that doesn't means they could be wrong.

Pay attention to Nero's concept and the DB's you will see they are very alike. From the left eye being covered to the hoodie on their backs. Even the clothing design is the same. Even both of them standing in a forward position it haves both of their eyes blocked in the same way. The color scheme is the same the design ect ect. Notice the DB is wearing a hoodie and a trench coat exactly like Dante's and seeing as some people would say the DB is Vergil isn't he suppose to be naked if hes a ghost? I mean when they DT their clothing is altered to a degree to where you can actually put pieces together on what they were wearing in their normal mode. Its also weird how items across Fortuna reacts to the Devil Bringer notice how the grim grip was activated by a evil item that was connected to it from ancient times.

Fanboy is a term used to describe an individual who is devoted to a single subject in an emotional or fanatical manner, or to a single point of view within that subject, they deny any other item/character often to the point where it is considered an obsession of disagreement.

That term sums it up. And you’re only agreeing Nero has ‘some’ purpose due to someone else stating in a previous topic; that yes, he holds substantial significance within the story, and would fray the fabric if taken out. I'm sure if the task was given to you, the story would collapse. Kyrie is quite useless, but Nero, I disagree. I don’t find Nero deary at all, displaying human emotion and concern opposed to reading pornography infront of a kid. And, yes the poll is in favour
No one has to like Nero; but I don't understand why people go around spreading muck and arguements; or least in a better manner; than "nero shuld die i fink!11" =/

I surely hope this comment isn't directed at me, because if it is I'm gonna be so **** off. First off, I do think it would be foolish to kick him out straight away, so please understand that I was not merely agreeing with someone. As much as he can offer in terms of story, it is going to be run by Nero for some time, and I don't want to see Dante not getting any spotlight. I know what you say "He is sure to get his spotlight" or "Why does he need any? He's had so much" Because I am sure that more people like Dante than Nero, I assume.

With that said, I wouldn't mind if he were in the next games, so long as they bring Vergil back into it and it might be a nice little story.

An easy way to classify Nero's Dbringer atm is if someone could tell me what the Buster-Button does when you press it as Dante (standard config).

As for Wiki's reliability...its all over the place due to user based information...sure its a sound area for ACTUAL facts but anything that cannot be solidly backed up by in-game/manual/developer/anime/fiction evidence cannot be taken as fact and there for is simply speculation.

It applies to all forms of Wiki.

Look out for updates here or even (as mentioned) at the likes of IGN or Gamespot whom only publish developer reports and ACTUAL hard info

Eh, I'll make this, point I neither like him, nor do I dislike him, I...Nothing him, Nero's more of a "Meh" character to me, he brings out emotions in me in the same way Jeremy Clarkson brings out animalistic lust, it's just never going to happen.

I'll agree he's important to drive the plot, he's a useful character and he's here to stay, I'm not denying that and I never will, I couldn't really care less what happens to Nero, whether he dies or if he stays forever and becomes more popular than Dante, it doesn't bother me.

What would make matters even better would be if they compensated and brought back Vergil, which at some stage, I'm sure they will.

Nero definatly has some link to Vergil, Kobayashi even hinted along the lines of it; not to mention the comparison between the DT and Vergil in DMC3. Nero is his own character, but also possibly a way to bring back Vergil for those fans.
