These last 24 hours waiting for Doom Eternal are going to be hellish, pun fully intended.
But do I play Doom Eternal, or the Doom 64 port...? Doom 64 even has a new 9 level episode added, and I was impressed by what Nerve Software did with No Rest for the Living in Doom 2...

How sad is it that when I got to the store and saw no bread on the shelves, I was overjoyed when a worker wheeled out a cart filled with it two minutes later? We don't even have any cases of COVID-19 here, and there are still people stockpiling. Damn good thing we didn't need TP, and that I shop like any ****ing sane person would (and not like a selfish twat, like apparently so many others). :facepalm:

Schools here are closed til at least probably mid April. The Anime Con i go to was cancelled. so i am thinking oh well... at least they are carrying my prereg to next year.

I love Doom Eternal, but my best friend keeps bitching about the more game-like elements in it. I feel like that's kind of a weird statement to make. I know 2016 was a bit more serious, but the Doom games, with the exception of 3, have always felt pretty game-y.

I think we're all going to have to get a bit creative on that front. And surround ourselves with people who don't focus on the negatives, even though there are many.

Yeah apparently Doom 64 codes ran out pretty quick. It's only 5 bucks on the store, at least.

Considering how much I don't feel like it, I've actually been getting a fair bit of writing done first thing in the morning. Cracking out anywhere from 800-1500 words a day, which makes me pretty damn happy in all honesty.
+Ha, take that, 5th night! Maybe I'll do the bonus night today; or I could make another attempt at night 3 on FNaF4. I think I'm becoming a bit desensitized to the jumpscares. Jumping out of my skin is a vast improvement to the undignified yelps of previous attempts.

People think Uncle is Red Harlow from Red dead revolver.
I'm like.......ok.
Granted I thought of the idea of Uncle being Red's sidekick and he starts telling Arthur or Jack tall tales about their time together.
Or Red has to team up with Dutch and Hosea to escape the law. Revolver ends with him killing a governor so maybe he has to go on the run afterward. That was redemption's original pitch- Red has to go on the run and red's son chases after him- which I think they reused for Jack and John.
