What have you bought recently?

A pair of jogging sneakers, which will not be used for jogging, but they look great.
A pack of 4 paper towel rolls for work.
Earl Grey and some slim&fit blend of tea on discount.
A jar of Nutella containing 1 kilo of product.
And I ordered Tekken 6 and Rayman Legends, will probably be confirmed tomorrow for me to pick it up.

A bunch of weaboo stuff. All in all, a pretty good haul.

Clockwise from the top left: "The Case of Hana & Alice", "Koji Wada - Digimon Memorial" RIP :'(, "Little Girl Military History" by Carlos Zen, "The Voice of a Distant Star" by Makoto Shinkai, "The Dancing Girl and other stories" by Ougai Mori, "Baccano Volume 4 - Drugs & The Dominos" by Ryōgo Narita.

Wait. Does The Case of Hana & Alice have anything to do with the film Hana & Alice by Shunji Iwai?

Yes, it's a prequel showing how Hana and Alice first met.

It even has the original actresses reprising their roles.

Kingdom Hearts 2.8, Fire Emblem Fates Conquest and a 20€ Steam card to buy 100% Orange Juice and DMC4 Special Edition for a friend. Also a few avatars on PSN since my brother bought me JJBA Eyes of Heaven, Resident Evil 5 and a 3 month PS Plus subscription when I was gonna buy it myself. I don't deserve him.

Got a bunch of things in the mail over the last few days, it's almost like it's Christmas.

"Samurai Jack: Tales of the Wandering Warrior" An omnibus of all 20 issues of the official Samurai Jack comic book. I'm very excited to read it while I wait for Season 5.

"Yakuza 6" The supposedly final game in the Yakuza series. I just know it'll make me tear up.

"Mobile Suit Gundam: Thunderbolt" volume 2. Man, this series is awesome! People should definitely check out the anime too which is great.

New mattress as ours is getting old, now going to wait to get paid and see if some games on my wishlist on steam are still on sale. Though I do need new tires for my car and new brake pads but who needs brakes when games are on sale.

So it's that time of the month again where I indulge my inner weaboo and splurge on a whole lotta Japanese novels. I just keep buying more books so my backlog of things to read just keeps on growing. :dead:

From top to bottom - left to right: "Youjo Senki" Volumes 2 (Plus Ultra) and 3 (The Finest Hour). "The Night Is Short, Walk on Girl " by Tomihiko Morimi the same author behind Tatami Galaxy. "Psycho Logical" Parts 1 & 2 which are from the Zaregoto series by Nisioisin. "Fate/Prototype - Pale Silver Fragments" volumes 1 & 2 by Hikaru Sakurai. And finally "Musubimonogatari" by Nisioisin.

@WolfOD64

Ah, it smells of old books. But it finally arrived after a very long wait. The original Japanese language DMC novels. Both are written by Shinya Goikeda while the first novel is illustrated by Shirow Miwa of the "DOGS" manga series and the second novel is illustrated by Yuuchi Kosumi. Very excited to read them.

Dude, those covers a freaking sick. Really capture the old essence of the original DMC games.
