How did you know??

Spa for me, limo and paintballing for Jessica.

Life is very expensive...

Hoar Cross Spa?

Sure is, might as well have my wages go straight from my workplace to the retailers and skip out my bank entirely...

I'm too poor for Hoar Cross (and far too common!) - I go to the Alton Towers one. £18 for three hours is a good deal as far as I'm concerned. Going twice this month and then trying to go monthly all through this year while the kids are at school.

It's girls that cost so much, seriously. Jessica has always cost me a small fortune but it is instead of presents. To be fair, paintballing for 9 is about £32 for the day (going to DeltaForce near Lichfield) and the limo is £250 for the journey there and £100 for the journey back. Dunno how a stretch Hummer is going to fit in our cul-de-sac but that's their problem, not mine.

Didn't know Alton Towers had a spa, only local one I knew was Hoar Cross.

Got that to look forward to soon myself then. I'm sure I've been to Delta Force with some friends a few years ago now. A stretch hummer managed to fit down my old street so should be ok down yours, either that or they might have to walk to end of road.

New boots, which will hopefully be good for icy weather and walking down an asphalted slope, as they talked about some more snow in a week. I don't understand these new materials, the sole feels harder under pressure than what I expected, but mom insisted these were right for me.
A set of permanent markers, as I need those for marking test tubes and have very little luck finding one in our supplies with enough ink or a good tip.
Box of Breakfast biscuits, with 7 grains, plums and brown sugar, for snacking at work.
