i thought about rewriting RE6 with the President of Edonia as the villian instead of Carla and Simmons.

Ustanak would be her right hand man and go through different mutations. He's sort of like US Agent meets Abomination.

He'd start out more human but mutate over time making him a foil for Jake who wonders if he would go the same way.
 
I finally found out what's been digging up my precious garden.

I got up in the middle of the night to watch the Lunar Eclipse when I noticed something was moving towards the rose bushes. I pulled out a torch and crept up on it and ended up locking eyes with a badger. I was expecting it to be a fox or a cat, so to find myself suddenly in a standoff with a much more aggressive being was startling. But eventually he backed down and left my flowers alone.

i get that but im thinking about how it works as a prequel. Im not sure the preexisting characters add a whole lot.

although i kinda like how parasites became the new nanomachines.

i do wanna play more metal gear tho..so next year im getting the master collection.
 
It would have covered a lot more, including meeting and recruiting all the bosses from metal gear 1 and even meeting david(solid snake) and lead up to 1995 for the first game.

It had so much cut it should be a crime
 
Some of it was from the art book, no link though as the mgs forum i was on that discussed it became a tapatalk and dissolved in 2019 or 2020


That stuff u have listed was stuff made for the game and intended that was cut. What i am talking about was planned stuff by kojima that never even got to an art stage.

Apparently Ismael was supposed to be Huey before Kojima settled on Big Boss.

i wonder if Solidus or Decoy Octopus were discussed as well as a young Gray Fox.

they feel like better options to me.

kojima also talked about doing constant updates for the game. So i guess that might've been how they were introduced.

the chapters would be like seasons ie chapter 4 home where you recruit the bosses from MG1 and set up the original outer heaven.

Kaz has gradually been getting used to her. Still puts her in her place when she needs to learn manners, but he's been pretty patient overall--seldom resorts to nipping her, since she seems to have a pretty good sense of when to stop. And they play a lot. <3

That i am goimg to make , a chicken pork bacon and lamb kebab with homemade bread

Also i can't be the only one who prefers zack over cloud in final fantasy 7?, then again i prefer tidus and squall to cloud too so maybe i am just not a huge cloud fan. Still like him as a character though.

zack versus cloud is a big debate within ff7's fandom so you have allies to recruit...;)
 
reynatus's combat is pretty fun but easy.

one mechanic to regain mp is to absorb it from your opponent but i havent mastered it yet.

there are two playable protagonists but the male lead feels more fleshed out in gameplay and story.

it has a versus 13/KH vibe but im hoping it finds its own identity upon release.

I just swore off the DMC section of reddit. With JYB replacing Reuben Langdon there's been this whole thing where people have been chastising Langdon for his views. It started with the vaccine and moved on to transphobia. I don't know if any of it is true nor do I care. Political and personal stances are to each their own. I've only spoke to Langdon online so I have no horse in this race but if I knew he'd say something I don't agree with I would stand for his right to speech and his opinion. Even if I don't agree with it I believe in his right to have it.

I saw conversations where people were getting very vicious about their opinions and just moved on to other threads. Things took a turn when I was trying to post on a thread about Langdon deserving respect because of what he's done for the series and before I clicked my response the new mod had locked the thread. I didn't know the mod had left a response because I just clicked away; not until just a little bit ago when I saw someone posted a pic of it on another thread and the new mod basically said that Langdon's opinions were dangerous and anyone with wrong thinking opinions wasn't welcome. Specifically, homophobes, transphones, anti-vaxers and MEGA weren't welcome there. Honestly, I thought it was fake but I found the original and it's what they said and I've seen this rhetoric before. Basically, to them these are interchangeable and all equally grievous.

Said mod posted another response on a different thread they locked, too, which was made them come off as more reasonable and, frankly, should've been the first one, but since they made their stance that those who wrong think can f'*k right off first I decided to leave that page. I didn't delete my account since I only really post on the Criterion page but I can see the painting on the wall and I'm just going to abandon ship. I wasn't the only one. A lot of people just left, too, but they went by giving the place the middle finger.

One thing that sealed the deal for me what that on the second post I saw from the new mod they point out that the first and last rule of the page specifically state no bigotry and no politics. When the first thing I see from this person is an obviously political and even hateful post towards a huge subset of the nation they specified they lived it I know I'm better off leaving. If I have to specify my diversity points just to have value in my opinion, which they did, then that place is not worth being in.

And people warned me that reddit was garbage, too. I've had good experienced there, too, so I'll just go to the pages where this isn't an issue. Why can't we have nice things?
