haha i'm sorry man i was trying to keep the video pretty serious and proffesional lol maybe the next one, and go ahead i'd like to get as much feedback as i can.

haha don't worry zerolove if mrrandomlulz wants to send my video to event i don't mind at all, even though like you said it is just another man's opinion. since he doesn't like DmC like i do perhaps he can provide feedback on something that i didn't think about.

@gbranga: you make some valid points, perhaps i will make another video where i will dive into more of what you said. thank you for the feedback. :)

I'm actually curious too. Haven't seen anything of his concerns about DmC in a long time.
 
i do have to admit though, that there are a couple things i missed in my video such as gbranga pointed out i forgot to mention the aerial combat in DmC and how it compares to the old DmCs, i forgot to tell people that it is non-canon, and a couple other things. but if i see people like the video and want more than i will do a part 2 where i address more things. my main priority in this video was to get the point accross that the gameplay is not slower than the previous ones.

basically to show the positive things about the game, as well as pointing out the negatives, but in a very professional way. i'm tired of seeing people rant about DmC and half the time these people are either A. so angry that they aren't making valid points B. they don't have facts to back up their claims. so while i want to highlight the good things about DmC people also deserve the right to know the negatives. with this video my main goal was to show that DmC is not slow just because it is 30fps and that the combat is just as fast as the previous entries. also i wanted to show that dante is not some angry guy and that he has a personality that we are starting to see bit by bit.

Can't people judge the game for themself when it's released?

What people are you thinking of when you think of negative influence in context with DmC? And why does it matter for you if people buy the game or not?

well generally people who are negative about the game in a fashion that is uncalled for. i realize people have different tastes and some people aren't going to like the game, but in that case there is no need to continuously stalk the game and constantly comment on it saying things like "this game is garbage, and looks like crap!"
it's not that i care if people buy the game or not, but i wouldn't want them to miss out on something that COULD be good just because of other people's negative influence.
why is it a problem with you that i shed positive light on DmC?

I am just interested in what makes you make video(s) to convince people towards buying the game or giving it a chance independt if it will be good or bad. I understand if you make the video to rant off at other people or share your opinion of DmC with others, but it seems more like your marketing DmC. And i like to understand why.

Putting that aside, could you tell me who are the people who you mentioned with this part of your quote:

Well, the video mentioned the pros and cons about DmC. I don't see how that's marketing the game at all. The game has its good things and its bad, just like any other. He was just pointing some of these out.

And I have seen a lot ( and I mean A LOT) of people (especially those who look at it negatively) that make comments about the game without any type of explanation to support their ideas. I'm not saying all of them do, I have seen some people who don't like the game who give reasonable proof to back up their statements. It is harder for those who try to look at the game positively because they have to constantly be figuring it out why without just seeing the game once and getting that "oh this sucks" vibe.

I guess the title made it seem like more of a marketing/promoting video than a objective analysis :s
 
People going "This sucks!" without anything to support their opinion are just as bad as people going "This is great!" without anything to back it up, but what chocolateghost is doing is putting the footage we've seen in a positive light by actually putting proof behind his claims through this video. People have said that the new Devil May Cry looks slower than past games, chocolateghost is proving they are wrong in their claims by showing proof.

Ditto. I want to do so as well. Though I'm sure about half of them are just trolls who make those comments to try and infuriate some other people.

Well, ugh... that's good to point out.
