    Well, normally less FPS means that the quality and/or graphics improve. I was playing Skyrim on 10 FPS once and on the highest settings. It was skippy as hell, but looked beautiful.

    nah it has nothing to do with picture quality, what you did was just increasing the quality of graphic and then your PC or whatever you were using couldn't handle it so the FPS decreased.
