I don't think that ever aired here, so I'm afraid not.

Still, since it's Studio TRIGGER it'll be certainly entertaining to say the least. I'll definitely keep an eye out for it. :thumbsup:

Looks pretty cool. Once it gets collected in Volume format then I might pick it up.

Samurai Cyber Squad was a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers on a lower scale. The US company spliced Gridman footage with US footage. It's collected on DVD actually.

Phillip and Shotaro are returning? In Manga style? Somebody hold me. :inlove:

Unrelated to the titles mentioned in the Thread Name, but still a Tokusatsu...for anyone who cares, the first portion of the GARO Blu Ray Release is available for Pre-Order. Official release is October.

Any and all Toku talk is welcomed here. And a lot of us are excited that GARO is coming to the Western world. The first GARO is a wonderful standalone show, with good action, and a solid story. I know I'm getting it when it releases.

With the new name I hope all fans of any and all Special Effects shows will come and discuss the genre. Let's discuss it all! Super Sentai/Power Rangers, Kamen Rider, Metal Heroes, Ultraman, Godzilla, Mystic Knights of Tir na Nog, King Kong, GARO, Daimajin Kanon, Red Baron, Gamera, and anything else!

Let's not forget Inframan and Hanuman and the Five (Kaman) Riders!

Is the rest of the franchise worth pursuing? I watched the first few episodes of Season 1, and ended up loving it, but I only want to continue the later seasons if they're of equal quality.

The rest of GARO? Yes. Original Garo had a direct sequal that opens the Garo universe to every following sequel. I'd say watch the direct sequal and then all movies related to Garo. (Kouga era as I call it.)
Then watch the Garo series that follows his heir. After that the various Ren spin offs and then the "other Garos." Basically watch it all. Lol

@Xeroxis But only if you include the fighting ninja Jiraiya and the Mega Beast Investigator Juspion.
