There's not many downvotes because people either think it's 'not done' to hate something, or they're indifferent about it. Usually, only the supporters of DmC go watch a DmC video and take the time to vote it up. It works that way very often. People look for the videos they might like, and vote them up.

You must not go to YouTube comments that much, do you?

I'm sure there's people who vlog about how DMC5 would be better, but that doesn't tell me anything about how large a demand there is for DMC5. If there's one person for every twenty or so who love DmC, then you can expect DmC to do well, and DMC5 to be cancelled (according to Capcom's statement about the continuation of DMC).

Actually they said DMC5 "depends on how DmC does." They don't explain as to what that really means, but keeps it in a sort of mystery.

With all your Tomb Raider stuff, you mentioned that DmC is completely different, but, really, how different is it? We still have demons, we still have DMC's hack 'n' slash gameplay, we still have Red Orbs, a Style meter, Missions, Scores. All original elements of DMC, the only things different are those done for the sake of the universe and circumstances created for the narrative. Not entirely different from DMC really.

Also remember that there's the quiet majority out there, on both sides. There are those that don't like it who are smart enough not to watch it, but you're kidding yourself if you actually believe that "only DmC supporters watch DmC videos," because anyone who is a DmC supporter and has ventured below a video to its comments will see, that the ratio of negative comments about the game overtake much of section. There are many who are happy with having DmC and a DMC5, and there are those that are happy for both, but would rather simply focus on what is actually on its way - DmC, instead of looking so far ahead for something else.

And you need to pay more attention to the demo. He said 'f you' twice to Poison. He also wrote 'f*** you' on the guest list of that club he goes into. I'm sure he'll say it many times more throughout the game. We'll see anyway.
I honestly don't care how many times he says it, I care about how he carries himself. He carries himself like an idiot. Also, this Dante has nothing to do with the old Dante. This game is not set before DMC3 or anything like that. And yet, I hear so many people say 'this is the younger Dante' and such blather. It's simply not true. How can he be the Dante who becomes the old Dante, when this is also set in a different universe? Effin hell.

We still have hack and slash gameplay, we still have Red Orbs, a Style meter, Missions, Scores. Ah yes, because that's what makes DMC DMC :/

I'm also saying the DmC supporters usually are the only ones who take the time to vote DmC videos up. Nothing more.

I'm done 'debating' this now, as I have a lot of work to do (at Christmas... yaaaaay. Blame school).

He said F you ONCE to Poison. Where in that fight did he say it twice? And Tameen already confirmed that Dante will rarely say F you in the game except for like three times and once writing it.

Dude, no one said he was a younger Dante, we said he's a younger Dante but in an alternate Universe sense. And you say he carries himself like an idiot, yet all I see is a real life version of DMC3 Dante with black hair.

If you have a problem with swearing:
1) You are stupid
2) You aren't mature enough to hear a swear word and act sensibly (like a normal person about it)
3) You shouldn't be playing DMC games as they are rated 18 (UK rating for me)
4) You're dumb for buying an 18 rated game and then complaining when you get 18 rated content
5) You also fail to acknowledge that DMC4 had swearing....or EVERY OTHER GAME...
6) You should watch this video

I never said I had a problem with swearing, I infact called you out on your blatant rude behavior and insults your threw out.

anyway, to enlighten you, it doesn't matter if you did not list any names, its obvious to any member viewing this topic that your post was mostly directed at members like Lionheart1991 who have a problem with DmC Dante's cursing.

His post isn't that far above yours, so its obvious who it was directed at, even if you listed no names or quoted his post.

OK here's a task for you. Can PROVE that I directed my posts at Lionheart1991? Can you actually point out the specific phrase that had his/her name in my posts? My posts would say if I edited them to save my arse but I didn't mention any names.
All you need to do is prove that I directed it to Lionheart1991. Point out the specific part that mentions it.

Its not for me to prove, its kinda obvious, and in my honest opinion anyone who reads the comments can come to the same conclusion that I did.

But yea, this is going no where, the staff will decide on it.
