Yeah, the animation in Vergil's Downfall was pretty awful. I didn't mind the concept but the execution was just horrid.

So Ninja Theory claimed they were going to announce something by now and still haven't, and Capcom says they cancelled a bunch of western projects. Think they canned DmC2?

Hopefully Capcom admitting their mistakes will result in DMC5, that and Sengoku Basara 4 localized would make me forgive them.

They never literally said that, but it's a clear implication.

Kaimya is really only snarky to people that ask really stupid questions. He's surprisingly respectful a lot of the time. I had a discussion with him about Okami once. Still, that's a far cry from going up on a GDC stage and saying "the character you like sucks ours is better."

I don't see how anybody could be mad at this. They're mad that DmC completely bombed. It's like watching a child throw a tantrum, it's amazing.

That wasn't my point. My point was the fault in Ninja Theory's writing. Lucia did, and DMC2 also happens to be the worst of the franchise. DMC4 Dante wasn't the main character. Nero was. And you're grasping at straws, incredibly so. I don't see how it's difficult to see the obvious tonal...

I don't think GTA 4 or RDR were bad. They just weren't to my liking. I think the clunky feeling of the horses, while probably intentional really dragged RDR down for me and discouraged me a bit to explore the world.
