    You know, for a second there, I actually thought they announced a DMC2 remake.

    In any case, I moved on from DMC (for the time being) to another DMC-type game -- Aeternoblade.

    The protagonist is pretty decent, and the gameplay (metroidvania + PoP + DMC) is phenomenal.

    Realistically Godzilla would bite Kong's head off. What am I talking about? 'Realistically'.

    Kong: Skull Island is coming out 2017, chances are he'll be rebooted to establish that he's still growing. That and the other Godzilla vs Kong that Toho did in the 60s upped his size to 45 meters, so they're not above size changes to make the movie make sense.

    DMC4 SE a.k.a. "Please don't already have this game on PC and modded it to Hell, because that's pretty much what we're trying to sell you."

    Yes, of course I can. But the people that share my negative opinion on the 4SE are already refusing to buy based off of what they've seen of it, and the ones that don't, aren't. I can't exactly stop people from liking the game.

    True. It's not the best system there is, but until we get a better kickstarter (and we will) in place, it's all we have... for now.

    Also, don't worry about he action genre. We'll get a better game once FFIV is released. People will forget all about DMC4SE and any possible DMC5 that might happen. Both games will be left in the dust when the next big action game comes out.

    Oh man, a teaser showing a character wearing the exact same outfit he had over a decade ago and no gameplay. So hyped. /s

    What's this? You mean you immediately freak out if they don't give you DMC4 SE gameplay the exact same day DmC DE is supposed to have the climax of its spotlight? Oh yeah, that would be genius marketing!

    Jee guys, that teaser was most likely the way to kick off the DMC4 SE actual marketing campaign, which with all probability is meant to start right after DmC DE realease.

    Oh no, but you have to understand that this is going to start a wave of hype. Considering that the last piece of anything we got from DMC games was DMC 4, over 7 years ago. This is to create hopes and tension, to build up suspense before the gameplay is shown.

    Freak out? I was freaking out when I found out about it on the first day, mostly out of excitement...but nearly three months later, and the news has lost some steam. Why? I've been pleading for a finished DMC4 for almost seven years now. And now the Special Edition's announced, and all they seem to hyping up is the inclusion of Vergil.
