  • Hypothetically, in the picture I'm linking, if Dante's about 6'3", how tall is Lady in this picture? Asking cause this is around the size difference I have in mind for my OC and his love interest.
Ya know, Civil War was my favorite MCU movie, and Captain America movie, back when it came out, and I still love it. But, I'm really starting to lean more towards Winter Soldier.

No I don't agree that Civil War is another Avengers movie, I think it's about Steve and his friendships with Bucky and Tony. I can't put my finger on it, I do love both movies though. Maybe the fact most of the core Avengers aren't in it make it feel more personal, I do love the final fight between Cap and Bucky, just a straight up fistfight

I like the action in WS more because there's nothing too superhuman, it's pretty much a martial arts movie. I like characters like Cap and Bucky and Black Panther, whose "superpowers" merely enable them as fighters, if you know what I mean. Makes for much more badass action scenes than laser beams and lightning and pew pew pew.

I think I get what you mean. Kinda like how Credo, Vergil/Nelo, and (ironically) Dante are my favorite boss fights. Not fighting giant monsters, just straight up sword fights. It's the simple things
One thing I do have to say about Red Dead Redemption 2, that is kinda annoying, is that I can't keep a rifle/repeater on my back. Like I get it's more realistic not having all of your guns on you like in RDR1. But I'd like to be able to at-least keep one on my back, like you keep a sidearm (later 2) on you and the knife. It's just annoying having to grab it from the horse every time.
Anybody ever hear of a 90's Canadian TV show called Big Wolf On Campus? Use to be one of my favorite shows as a kid. You know I often think to myself "We all know about vampires, werewolves, and witches. But do we remember learning about them?" I think this was my introduction.
2019 is looking to be a big year, another Avengers movie, the last instalment of the current Star Wars trilogy, new Godzilla movie, a new DMC game. Just need Batman and Wolverine in something and 2019 would have all my favorite things

for me, there's Godzilla, Captain Marvel, DMC5, DMC anime, Avengers 4, Shazam, KH3, Joker, Birds of Prey starts filming, Batman starts filming, and a few other things.
So i finally saw the new Halloween movie a couple of nights ago. To sum it up, it was awesome. Gonna have to sit back and watch it again when I get the blu ray (I do plan on watching it back-to-back with the original) to really think it over, but I have to agree, it's the best since the original.
I have been watching a ton of horror anime lately. For years I'd just seen Hellsing, the past year. I've seen Tokyo Ghoul, Elfen Lied, Deadman Wonderland, and Parasyte (The last one I haven't finished yet). Deadman Wonderland was okay, I loved Elfen Lied, but gonna have to say Tokyo Ghoul's my favorite (Not counting Hellsing obviously)

If you're still looking for anymore afterwards then "Shiki" is a good recommendation from me. <3

If you want to give some old stuff a try Mononoke and requiem from the darkness both pretty neat.
You must be pretty happy with that new Halloween film that’s out, huh?
So I finally finished DMC2 (On the PS4, I've beaten it before, but I hadn't since I got the new HD collection). Of all the DMC games, it is the most painful and tedious to play through, say what you want about any other game of the series (DMC1 hasn't aged well, DMC3 is overated, DMC4 has a lot of back tracking, DmC was a pointless reboot) least they were all fun. DMC2 is so bad it hurts.

I say it's an acquired taste. There were some good ideas in there, but none executed well.

I think the only reason I'd want to replay it is the aesthetics. I liked the urban setting in modern times but with a retro vibe, which is why I'm so fond of DMC5's London inspired environments.
So I saw a leaked cutscene showing Dante's Devil Trigger in DMC5. Looks pretty much the same as his DMC4 demon form, which is good with me, since I liked that form the best. He also speaks in the cutscene (in his demon form) so we finally got demon form Dante talking in canon (The only other game to have a cutscene of his demon form speaking was MvC Infinite)
Well Devil May Cry 5 was finally available for pre-order at EB games, so guess what I did?....Went over to Wal-mart and bought a copy of Ash vs Evil Dead season 3 lol (Yes I pre-ordered the game.....I really did buy AvED season 3 too though)
So the comics had a revelation about X-23 recently. This entire time, in the comics she was said to be a female clone of Wolverine. They revealed that Dr. Kinney who created Laura actually added her own DNA into the mix, making X-23, Wolverine and Dr. Kinney's biological daughter.

All I gotta say is.....People have literally been speculating that for years. I mean, you guys ever read X-23's origin comic? Laura and Sarah Kinney share a pretty good resemblance for Sarah to simply be a surrogate mother.

To be honest, I haven't been reading much Marvel in a long time. I already had a hunch that Kinney was the mom.
On the set of Robocop 2014, do you think Michael Keaton and Gary Oldman talked about Tim Burton and Christopher Nolan's Batman movies? I mean you got Michael Keaton who's (considered by majority) the best Batman ever with Gary Oldman (undoubtedly) the best Commissioner Gordon ever. I like to think they compared notes.
Just got a new ps4 slim. It's having trouble connecting to the wifi network. It keeps saying that it can't connect in the time limit
So I finally saw City on the Edge of Battle. The second of the anime Godzilla trilogy. It honestly wasn't much better then the first. I don't wanna dis TOHO, but if I'm being honest Legendary's Monsterverse, has me far more excited. I liked the Godzilla'14 and Skull Island, King of the Monsters is one of my top 3 must sees for 2019, and then we get a Godzilla vs Kong remake.

That being said, I'll watch anything Godzilla. Japanese or American, live-action or animated, cgi or suit actors. I'm still gonna watch whatever Legendary or TOHO does.
