Hell yeah, man. I haven't had a chance to pick up the game yet, but all my friends (who are just as fanatic about Berserk as I am) love the game.

It's because some snippets of dialogue in SS were either cringy, too expository (like NPC levels of exposition) or delivered in a dull manner. I especially hated the parts when Flag handed out info to the rest of the squad regarding Katana's backstory. "Her sword traps the souls of it's victims" and "Her husband is trapped in that sword".

@DragonMaster2010, I've also noticed this phenomenon around the Youtube comment section and I have never seen these dialogue lines used unironically. Could be, though.

It's funny how we all dreaded what Disney would do with Star Wars. But The Force Awakens and Rogue One are amazing.

I know. I was just explaining how my definition of "feeling like Star Wars" is world-building and expanding the mythos, whereas yours is recapturing the feeling of the originals. Which I would be fine with...if its attempt of recreating the originals feel didn't mean copy & pasting New Hope. Star Wars Rebels nailed the tone of OG trilogy, but was 1000 times more creative.

Which, as I've mentioned in my review, didn't bother me, as Star Wars has been known to use repetition. Case and point, Luke and Anakin's story arcs.
Sides, I also understand that for The Force Awakens, Disney had to prove they could make a film that feels like Star Wars.
Now that The Force Awakens basically took bits and pieces of all three of the originals, they can move on now.

Here's hoping. I'm not holding my breath, though...from their marketing, to their merchandise, to their exploring of the franchise through novels and games (all two of them), their strategy seems to be "original trilogy universe and nothing else", which is about as depressing as it gets for Star Wars.

You try to focus on an objective, and they just don't leave you the f@$k alone for a second, try to take the time to regen some health, and there's always 1 or 2 jumping at you from nowhere, while you're between a few tanks, and a strike team is coming, and you can't stop moving for a second.....F!#k the hunters

1 is pretty edgy and gritty. Like linkin park edgy (which is why I probably like it) while 2 was more pure destruction at its funniest level but some stealth skills added in. Both are good if you crave sheer carnage.
