Nah, on a more serious note, I don't think Capcom finds Dante's sexuality an important issue, really. Nero's sexuality was obviously hetero, as he fights to free Kyrie whom he loves which just turned him into a cliché. Sometimes it is better to leave the fans guessing and make their own conclusions.

Also, all in all, it really doesn't matter if Dante is gay or straight. It wouldn't add to his character either way, because it isn't important. And I think a romance between Dante and any character would just ruin alot rather than be any good.

I don't want to go into a discussion about his sexuality so let's keep it short: DMC is a game that people play not a porn movie or a romantic story. So i agree Capcom don't find it important and why would anyone?

With that said Dante in DMC 4 clearly loved the view of the two demons. And he's commented on Lady in DMC 3. And he hangs with Trish alot of times. For someone who likes females i would be surprised if Dante is gay.

That doesn't prove anything. He merely broke the personal sphere to make a point to Lady, that he isn't dangerous or the enemy and that he will help her.

No, I interpret things the way I do because I am me. Not because I am gay. Other gay men would most likely interpret it differently than I do, because they are different from me.

That's besides the topic though. Though I hope the hooded girl will be part of the main gameplay, I do not wish to see some romance flowering between her and Dante.
