What Are You Thinking?

So I've brought this up before but I know a girl who likes me and she has a kid. I told her "I won't date a girl with a kid" but despite that she kept pressing the matter. I did begin to like her (because she was the only one around and she kept in contact) so I then cut her off by saying it won't happen. My logic being cut ties before it gets more out of hand. I feel bad but I don't want to get involved in that package, I am to young for that.
I am sure God/Karma/etc will punish me in some way for this but this is the one thing I've always been firm in. Honestly this post is merely reinforcing my decision in a poor attempt to make myself feel better. Man things got real fast.
There's nothing wrong with dating or kissing a girl/lady/woman with a kid. The only thing you should be adamant about is not having a kid with her. If you like her, date her. Just don't have unprotected sex with her (get condoms, damnit). That's it.
That doesn't count, we've seen that plenty of times before E3.
Well, does THIS count!?

I'm thinking about getting the definitive edition for DmC. I played it a couple times on PS3 but forgot about it pretty quick. Since I've been playing so much DMC3&4 lately, and since DMC5 is finally coming, it seems like a good time to revisit DmC and see how I feel about it now. I hate the story and characters, but the funny think about that is you can skip cutscenes. And I am curious to see if the improvements to the combat system can get me to really like the game instead of just being lukewarm toward it. Plus, at the time when I first played it, there was still so much anger and negativity surrounding the game and community that it was hard for me to not be a bit annoyed while I played it. Now that it's been several years, I don't think I have to worry about a cloud hanging over the game while I try to enjoy it.

But also I have so many games to play so who knows when I'll actually get around to revisiting DmC. :'(

My backlog is huge and yet I've gone back to DmC after the DMC5 trailer - it's a good game, just play it detatched from the rest of the series like a stand alone or homage ^_^

I'm pondering the resourcefulness of my cat/s.

@Meg @Keaton - Not long before DMC 5 was announced my nephew started to get into the series. He actually started with DmC: Definitive Edition because I installed it from Xbox Game Pass. I would say to give it a go if you do get the time or chance to, Meg. If anything just to see how you feel about it now like you said. I enjoyed it, myself. But since we heard about 5, and after having watched my nephew play DmC: DE and DMC 4: SE (and replaying 4: SE myself) I just had to get the DMC HD Collection. My nephew started on DMC 3 to play the story chronologically, but I’ve started on DMC 1 as I’m going for when they were released. God, I’m loving 1 so much right now. Damn shame I’m on Mission 12 (underwater levels >_>)

Oh.
My.
Soul.

I feel so crippled right now.
I'm in adoration and I'm broken. I'm inspired and I feel like curling into a foetal position.
My head is swimming with the brilliance of it but my heart is screaming how could you do this to me.
I am so conflicted right now.
I don't even know what to do with myself.

@Carlos I agree. But If I still think it's best to steer clear. Their are plenty of childless women out there... (Looks at current cesspool of choices) Errors have been made. >_>

So because I actually looked at the DMC.org front page for a change I realized we have high-res pics of DMC5 and I love them! Also... Nico looks way to realistic and... No... SRS don't do it.... "Kawai!!!!!!!!!!!" ...

She also looks like Agnus and I like that.

I have so many new games to get through & backlog grows weekly but lately I have found myself playing some old school retro titles and now im being dragged by nostalgia into looking for more retro games. All this before the Steam Summer sale too... could end up in situation where I have huge backlog of retro games AND new games... send help... :dead:

Seems like you’re stuck in the gaming past and present.

Same as it ever was
Just found out the protagonist in the short before Incredibles 2 is actually a woman and that the story is a mother/son thing. I thought that was a guy and it was a brother/brother thing. Did anyone else think this?
