Oh, joy...I can feel it coming. Why is it when I have a good writing flow going and have finally caught up for NaNo, the crippling self-doubt is never far behind? Just ignore it, don't think about it, focus on your work...

+Gods, why did I stay up so late? And why am I still procrastinating? Gotta do stuff today, even if I really don't want to... :dead:

++ Coffee. Pst! Yeah, you. -Does best Shrek voice she can muster- Yer comin' with meh.

I'm really liking the look of "Lady Layton", Professor Layton's daughter and a private detective. The little hat makes a cute contrast to her father's big top hat.

I was worried what would happen to the franchise after the original series ended, but it looks like it's in good hands.

I think I almost made my word goal for last night (gotta still put the words in) but all I wanna do today is sleep. Ugh.

+ I wonder if we have any food hiding anywhere....

Pretty much in the same boat; burn-out must be making the rounds. ._.

CT: C'mon, brain. I want to curl up and watch some more Psycho-Pass too, but we've got work to do, first. This scene ain't gonna write itself.

+ Why is there so much cleaning still left to do? Can't I just take a nap, instead? :'(

++ Maybe another pot of coffee is called for...

I think it must be. I put in my words for yesterday, wrote almost 400 words of my fisherman AU, and now I'm taking a break to play Fallout. I'll probably spend my entire break in character creation, but still.... >_> -going to just flip flop for a bit- I hope motivation strikes for us both today. x_x

The latest shenanigan involving grandma in the end, besides pushing me closer to my doomsday little faster, brought something good as well, instead of having to wait for bus, I had dad drive me to and from the place of the sudden job interview.
To explain, my parents are on vacation, they are not in town, dad just had to drive back home cause only he could pick my rather heavy grandma off the floor.

@Foxtrot94 Don't worry, I drink less coffee than my posts suggest. :wink: Usually when I brew a pot, I only fill it enough for three cups (just in the event the hubby wants to grab some before he heads off to work). I usually don't breech two, though occasionally I'll have a third or fourth cup. Brewing a full pot would be a waste of time, since the coffee maker only stays on for two hours max to keep it warm...and I'm not one to reheat coffee. It always tastes burnt when I do, so... ^^;

CT: Way too much to get done, and so little time to do it in. Gods help him if he makes a mess anywhere after I've cleaned...

+Ha! Got him to watch it with me. I don't even care that I had to backtrack to previous episodes--so worth it when he ends up liking it, too.

I like the smell of coffee, but I never liked the taste.

So, I deiced to take a little break from The Witcher 3 to play some Dragon Age 2 and by the gods I love/hate that game. It's a good game, but all the black and white logic they have is infuriating. Especially since my Hawke is a mage and getting stuff done...unlike anybody else in the whole game. Oh and Varric! That man gets things done, too. lol >.> Also the combat... I like it, but could be a hell of a lot better. >.< Cool downs on healing potions?! Really?!

Anyhow, I got most of the crew in friendly with me. Just need to beat the game. lol :D I'm just a paragon of love and joy who dispenses swift summary justice!!! hahahahaha

Or maybe not... From your posts and @Shadow's I gather you two make heavy use of coffee. Be careful cause too much of it can be dangerous.

=) Thankies for worrying, Fox, but I honestly don't drink coffee that much. Almost never outside of NaNo (mainly when I'm cramping cuz caffeine constricts blood vessels enough that it makes the cramping stop -ignores her doctor's screams of rage in the background-). My coffee maker will stay on all day, so, during NaNo, I just...make a pot and either I drink it spaced through the day (with lots of water as well) or just get a couple of my lil batman thermoses and make it last as long as possible. I usually prefer tea, though. Doesn't need as much sugar. Doesn't have as much caffeine. =) (Let's just...not get on the subject of my soda drinkage if it's around. x_x)

I still need to play that one...got about 3/4 of the way through Origins and then realized I needed to go into the Deep Roads and was like "yeah, no, nope, this isn't happening, I remember what happened both times in Inquisition". Haven't touched it since. ._. -needs to go finish it-

Let's get some words done today, brain.
