I don't think it's strange. It doesn't appeal to me, either...not to mention, I've not yet found a liquor that tasted good to me. So...if I don't like the taste and I don't want to get drunk, what's the point? -shrugs-

A really bad attempt at a rip-off? A mistake at the factory? Someone wanting to terrorize little kids? One of the villains attempting some kind of petty revenge? The world may never know.

No you see, only the genuinely dumb people get sloshed and pretend they had the time of their lives. You don't need to get drunk to do fun stupid sht. This is where the whole "let's say we did but don't" theme comes into play. Any regrets - blame it on the imaginary drink. No regrets = good memories to have a laugh at later. The key is not to get drunk - limit it to a couple of drinks and you're set for a good time.

I know he was trying to be comforting or encouraging or positive or whatever by saying I'll have more memories and more people to love and stuff. But the fact remains. Big families ****ing suck. Second uncle to pass within two weeks. Who's it going to be next week?
