I don't think I'm going to work today.
1- my charge is on a school visit
2 - I feel very sick and had a bad night to top it off
3 - I want to sleep and pretend that everything in the world is okay.

+ we get our new car today. Goodbye, Renault scenic, my dream car. You served me well.
Stupid cambelts. Apparently I'm lucky that we didn't get hurt when it went. We missed out on a free art class and I was stuck in the freezing car with two whining disappointed kids.
But thank you God for letting the car die AT THE DAIRY STORE. Those lollies saved my sanity and bought me silence. And again, thank you for good friends. They all pitched up to help me out.

I just hope we can get our tools and rubber mats back today.
And that I don't hurl in the new car. I was pretty close to it last night driving to scouts in the courtesy car. Which, by the way, I felt like a badass in. Even though the car is old and worn and basically a piece of junk, it drove verrrrry nice.
