I am literally fuming with Parliament right now. They seem to have forgot that they are our representatives, not our rulers. Kicking and screaming like children when they don't get their way and deliberately trying to subvert democracy because the political establishment is at complete odds with what the people voted for.

I never bought in to the Kojima hype, so I tend to ignore anything he or his fanatics say or do to promote the game. The only time I was exctited fot anything Kojima related was Metal Gear Rising, and that was more so Platinum. And when Snake was announced for Smash Bros Brawl. Death Stranding I have no interests in, but I do wish him the best of luck. That is all he gets.

I did not even know this was a meme. Looks like certain fans are drinking too much of the kool-aid.

My rant is minor right now. I like Astral Chain so far, but I hate the default control set up. Luckily, that can be changed. Choose type C, the control lay out will be similar to Bayonetta or Transformers Devastation. Type A & B have this bullcrap Dark Souls layout that does not gel well with me. Also, the platforming is not good and I dislike the chain jumping. Otherwise, everything else is fine. Right now I am on File 04.

Getting really tired of all these "copycat arsonists" threatening one Japanese media company after another.
Because a threat became a reality that killed several people, one asshole after another are appearing with new threats against random companies (the latest being Visual Arts).

There's a high chance that these guys are just all talk and want attention but due to what happened with Kyo-Ani, every one of these threats have to be taken seriously.

The problem is that Japan is a two faced economy: Socialist, and Communist. The advent of Social Media makes Japan easy for dumb Japs just talk on Social Media, without being checked. The risk is, once you're caught, and you plead guilty - you're either in jail or dead by trial.

The person who accused Neil Gorsuch of "rape" (today's loosely worded, ****ing "sexual assualt" - and no I don't want to get started about that dumb notion), did it because he was nominated for ...Supreme Court Justice by Trump. ("GUILTY by association" - again, I'm not going down that rabbit hole, either.)

Not really a rant, but feeling kind of discouraged. I declined two narrators only to have the one I selected opt out. Really can't help wondering if any of them are okay with the straight-up Royalty Share and not the clearly popular Royalty Share Plus. I mean, if money weren't an issue and I wasn't going to have to set aside what I can for the next book to be published (editing and cover) then of course I'd be okay paying extra.

Ah, well. Here's hoping the right fit comes along soon.
