I called their customer service and they took note. The guy told me to take it back to the store and they would repair it so I set up an appointment for the next day, after I had check that the computer was running. Lo and behold the next day someone from the store called me and told me that they had no obligation to fulfill that, that they did not claim responsibility for that but since they're so nice they would give me a discount on those repairs. I said no and I was going to let it go but I can't tilt my screen any more without some serious grabbing of a bunch of parts so it doesn't crack even more so I called customer service again and told them what had happened and that I would never shop with them again, and I meant it, I will never go to that store again, nor any best buy, for that matter.Should ask to speak to supervisor or manager, was it in store that they refused to take responsibility? Normally if this happens you can email company as a whole and complain and take it further.
