I saw the trailer too and just felt exhausted. The four wall breaks annoyed me. The MCU-ness of it annoyed me. The promise of it being some kind of new start for the MCU made me feel so incredibly tired.

I dont mind the "Melon" saga in Beastars. Its one of the few long running arcs in shonen manga i actually liked.
I dont mind Persona getting spinoffs but i wish they were sequels than anime filler.

Way too easy and convenient to put all the blame on the companies for pulling **** like this. The gamers who give them money should be held accountable too. Especially them in fact. They're the ones voting with their wallets and allowing companies to continue doing what they do.
And I can't stand any apologetic arguments like, oh they're just poor souls whose FOMO is getting exploited. Not an excuse. While it's true that publishers love to employ predatory tactics, it's also true that these whales just lack self control, and a sense of what's worth what kind of value. So be ****ed at the gaming publishers all you want, but these cash tossers need to be held just as accountable. Enough giving them a pass. They're two sides of the same coin.
DC has a new initiative called "Absolute DC" which looks like another attempt at rebooting the DC characters like the New 52. I hope it's better handled this time but DC is focusing on the wrong group of characters. It would be better to move forward with the new guard than trying to make the old guard "hip".
I'm not one for politics, I really don't like to watch/listen/talk about that circus. I usually just hope that people do well for the people.
BUT.
With the new party that's finally regained power, like, how the hell did they even get to create a party? How did these people get into government? Like FFS, these guys are literally ****ing on the most vulnerable in society. Let's take away all the benefits that was supporting and helping people, and let's set some ridiculous high hoops on fire for anybody who tries to ask for help.
I fully believe that everything will always, always, come full circle at some point. You reap what you sow, kind of thing. And these guys are setting themselves up for one heck of a reaping (not a harvest, there's nothing good in what they're doing).

Captain america is the most bland avenger in the mcu, in terms of personality and costume. Though i do like his fight scenes and sense of honour.
Shame they wrote him like that too, as chris evans is a good actor and i like him.

I love the fight scene with the Winter Soldier. It's very very good fighting. People even do "move by move" vids on youtube with it.
Like how the Winter Soldier will go for a stab, fake it, then drop the knife into his other hand before puncihgn the Captain with the knife free hand. That kind of fighting is really clever.
If only Avengers 3 had that kind of fighting in the last battle. There's just no back and forth there. it's the one detail that holds the movie back.
Did you notice how Thor fell into despair after he gave into desperation and anger? It was very "unviking" of him. Betrayed the ideals. Odin's warnings. It's a great detail. It shows how Thor giving into revenge got to him. Broke him. Killing a father when they were talking to their daughter is about as heartless as you can get.
