dmc to DmC weapons

Oh Bob?

Hmmm...can you explain Poison's Eryx where those weapons she kept from killing a demon? Well Eryx did seem to share a lot of traits to Poison abilities so not likely.....Aquila to Barbas on the other hand outside flashy colors I don't see the resemblance.

Do you have any slight piece of evidence that will indicate/imply he got Aquila from killing an angel? Wait didn't you say weapons like Eryx and Aquila were the soul of the demons he slayed (Soul Arms)?

How come slaying the Hunter didn't grant him a weapon (before the game I figured he got Ophion from him).....unless if the Hunter is playing dead or was just knocked out since I didn't see a scar on his face after Dante struck him with Rebellion?

Also I didn't know Barbas fought angels before...where was that said

assiel that is all.

Isn't (DmC) Vergil supposed to be a technical genius...so if anything he would create his own version of Red Queen/Exceed system.

What just because he became corrupted by power it doesn't mean his IQ will drop......probably.
Well, I did say at first, but then he would figure it out.

I want the red queen. This time used by vergil. Mixed with normal yamato darkslayer combos and not by DT as nero uses it.Its calibur ability was sweet.

Nice. I loved the Red Queen, but wished it was an actual Devil Arm. That would be a nice pairing seeing as Vergil only gets 1 weapon. Kinda disappointing. But I love Vergil's Downfall.

Me personally not really. It was a weapon made specifically Nero and only he can use it. A Devil Arm is something it seems anyone can use.

the average knight can't use it but a weapon a son of Sparda can't use doesn't exist. there isn't much of a reason for Vergil to use Nero's main weapon but he definitely could if he ended up with it.

on topic:
Force Edge/Sparda would be a good choice of sword to give Vergil. it's shapeshifting abilities would make it as versatile as DmC Rebellion giving Vergil as many options as Dante but i'm not exactly sure how to introduce it since Rebellion was implied to be Sparda's primary weapon in DmC.

lucifer should have been a ranged weapon with its own combo system. Combo attacking a gun would have been amazing, especially with the flower toss finisher

the demons who gave demon weapons probably held onto them after the war was "over". the hunter might have not killed an angel or might not have even been alive during the height of the war to own a demonic weapon. maybe dante didn't kill the hunter, but if he did, not all bosses grant dante a weapon. even in the original series. and there is no clear evidence that states that bob killed an angel. then again, i didn't know Mr. Rogers was a former sniper until a few months ago.

Nero uses yamato. So if vergil and nero are in the same game, would not yamato become ambiguous ???

Well, Gilgamesh and beowulff have a lot in common. So a new weapon with most abilities as red queen for vergil would be okay with me.We can remove some moves like streak. we can have yamato to fill in that department.

I'm pretty sure if Dante got a hold of it he could do some nice work. Plus I don't think that just antbody can use a devil arm. Could you see Lady swinging Rebellion around with any precission. Or Kat having a clue what to do with Cerberus. Hell.................if they were real, I feel if I grabbed one I'd hurt myself.

I thought that same thing. I like to think that Nero would have the Blue Rose handgun and the Devil Bringer. The DB would be a wearable gauntlet that helps him traverse/manipulate the enviroment as wellas enemies. It would also boost his strength, allowing him to go toe to toe with strong foes, fighting with a mixed martial arts style and using it for brutal finishers.

So in short........................no sword for Nero. Just beating the SH!+ outta demons with his hands and feet.

I think it would be cool if Dante would find Yamato (lost to Vergil for some reason.) and Dual wielded it with Rebellion. Could make for some really good action.

Dante did use yamato in DMC 4 with rebellion. And i must say, it was euphoric.

No dude, Nero does need red queen. Its as signatory as dante with rebellion. Though dante has many other weapons, removing rebellion would not be a right thing.

i think devil arms have spells on them, so the only person who can use them is the person that killed that devil and took it's soul

I mean Dante use Rebellion and Yamato in a similar form to Agni and Rudra combat.

That would be hard since one weapon is pretty huge so it requires a lot of effort to use while the other being thinner requires more precision....wait are you are referring to DmC Rebellion and Yamato?

Regardless my point still stands..it would be awkward to use 2 different weapons simultaneously (dual wielding) that drastically different in size, shape, structure, and usage.
