i know that this is a strange thread

well for me the answer is yes

i used to watch that anime a long time ago but i stopped. becuse
there is a character named shino got killed

so what about you?

I always cry or get upset if someone I really liked died. I feel like i'm in the anime or game and get really attached to them.
When L died from Death Note and Shin Natsume from Tenjhou Tenge died also. I also felt upset when Nero seemed pretty upset Kyrie was afraid of him.
So yeah I do XD

WHEN LAVITZ DIED IN LEGEND OF DRAGOON I WAS ALL "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" :( And then I was even more sad when I found his body posessed by a demon. :(

Like once or twice I felt sad when an anime character died.


And once, only once I cried.

Video game characters(or at least the games I play)don't make me sad because it usually takes the death of a weaker spirited character to get me to cry.

Maybe it's sympathy.

I didnt like Aeris so I didnt cry, but I was pretty shocked.

But yes I do cry. I cried when Light Yagami from Death Note died. I cried when Krillin died on DBZ during the Namek Saga. I cried when Nariko from Heavenly Sword game died too.

I did feel sad for the characters in DBZ at first but then it just got pointless because they would always come back one way or another. :lol:

I cried and mopped around for days when
Sirius and Dumbledore died in hp 5 and 6

and I cried watching episodes 50 and 51 of Full Metal Alchemist

ME TOO! Dumbledore's death ****ed me off as well as crying.

So I see nobody gave a **** when
Dobby died in Harry Potter 6

Of course, many things in the game World, book World, anime World, film World .etc. make me upset when a character I like gets bumped off. But nonetheless, I'd never cry about it... After all, it's just fictional characters. Nothing to get emotionally attached too IMO... <Although on the contrary> I would understand if this show, series of books .etc. had been around for a while, and you had grown up with a certain character... And then you get attached to that character because you know so much about them, and you feel like they are somewhat real .etc. only to see them get killed off... Well then it's okay to cry then, I'd say ^_^

Latly I was saddened by....

...the Apprentence's dimise/cursed life when you conclude the Force Unleashed. If you do the 'right' thing you get killed and imspire the Rebellion, if you try and seek revenge against your master you get a spaceship with your loveintrest inside dropped on you...THEN your rebuilt as some twisted assasin...the guy just can't catch a break.

The only time I've ever gotten teary for a manga character.

Ditto on Lavitz dying, that's the only time I've ever cried during a game, I loved Lavitz, he was only in the game for a short while, but he was bloody epic, DAMN YOU LLOYD!

(A) No one likes a smart ass, twas early and I made a mistake. And (B) It's just a non fictional character, why cry?

I cried when Tima died in the end, the way it happened was so sad...
