It is a game where the gamemaster pm's a role to everyone who is playing where they are mafia or civillian, then people talk to each other and try to figure out who is who and then vote at the end of each day to decide who to lynch or who to kill until only one is left.

It is actually pretty fun @Meg

That does sound pretty fun. Since we’re a DMC forum, maybe we could do humans vs demons? Send me a PM with the details and I’ll figure out the best way to do it.

Ya could do it that way, i will look into it more as i only ever played it before but never organised it. Once i am more versed i will send on how it all works, it was just an example game anyway. I just think of this forum as another home, so i wanna boost the activity is all.

Discord roleplay servers with demons could be good too.

Seond Life even has a hell sim. That's involving avatars though.
 
Actually, been thinking about making my own discord server with roleplay. With a focus on more commnication. Hard topics need talking about.

Dragons. Demons. etc. The good stuff. mostly it would be a place where everyone is welcome. No one being pushed away (baring bots).

Could make something here. Would need help setting it up though. And I'd need to train mods carefully too. What do you guys think?
 
Hi guys, I have an issue. I've lost my password to sign into this account (a paradox, because I'm here, but it's automatic/saved password that I can't actually see or access). Going the Forgotten Password route won't help because the email I've listed I also no longer have the password/access to. And again, to try and change the email I listed, I need to yet again enter my evasive password to do so.

I'm stuck in a box. Any advice or help will be accepted and appreciated (except hacking, I only do that in-game and with Rebellion).

Also, if anyone feel they need to know my motives for wanting to reset my passwordthaticantremembernorchange, I'm trying to log onto the forum using a PC I never used before.

Hey guys, I was wondering if there's a bug with uploading new avatars? I've uploaded a new one, and I can see it if viewing the forum page (or the tiny thumbnail of it at the top with my user name), but it's not showing up on my posts or my profile?

Thanks so much in advance.

What do ye think about making a dedicated youtube channel or twitch channel for the forum, and uploading clips by members and admin or even streaming to try and bring in new members?

I know we have a twitch livestream thread, but i mean something more official. With varied content and not just devil may cry.

Which Avatar was the original and which are you trying to change it to?

Nice idea but its a little hard for us to moderate content on member streams if they are to be used in a more official capacity and Steve and I don't have that much free time these days to dedicate the time needed for frequent uploads and video content creation.
 
I meant in the sense we send the videos to you, then you decide if it merits an upload and can check it for any moderation there and then.

I get your reasoning though, was no harm in asking. I just wanna put some life into this place so it doesn't shut down someday like another forum i was on in the past.

We listen to all ideas and video content is something we haven’t really had much of so definitely something that could be looked into if people are willing to put the time into it.

@Dark Drakan The one I had before is a magician in hues of purple; the one I've changed it to is Sailor Moon and Sailor Jupiter. For the most part, it seems to have resolved itself? Like my posts have the new avatar, but for some reason my profile and the dialogue box are still rocking the old one.

It's not a major concern or anything, though. ^^; I'm more curious if it's the forum or if it's my computer.

Has anyone else had this issue? Could some members try changing theirs and see what happens?
 
Have some issues with my avatar settings. Cant seem to update my avatar. Looks like I am encountering a bug or something. Yeah@Dark Drakan I have this issue as well.
 
Hi guys!

Sorry about the avatar issue! It looks like it's a caching thing to do with our new CDN provider, Bunny.net. I haven't been able to spot the exact setting we need to modify in order to get avatars refreshing once a new one is uploaded, but I've put in a support ticket with them, and they are usually very responsive.

Thanks all for your patience, and will repot back once I have more info. :cool:

Right-o, all fixed. :D

Avatars are now updated as they should. Bunny.net support provided full instructions on how to put everything in order.
