The man seriously doesn't deserve all of this hatred and slander towards him. People are hating him simply because he produced a game that didn't fit with everyone else.

Hate makes life fun, it's no wonder that some people go a bit overboard. The game's still bad though. Even horrible, if compared to DMC3 or 4.

I'll preface this by saying this is a general statement.
And if hatred causes someone to kill themselves, is it still fun? :/ Or maybe its the victim's fault for being weak and giving in? Maybe they should just go kill themselves? There are real life consequences for actions on the internet.
It's like anonymity makes people bold and makes them think they can troll people safely without the consequences.

I think Tameem doesn't deserve all the hate because all I see is that he and NT did a good job. What does DmC is that they're doing something different. That is what Capcom is reluctantly to do in the first place. And the gameplay is good on its own. Narrative-wise, it's better compared to DMC3-4.
If someone wants a DMC5, then better for Capcom to do very good because it can get much hate just like DmC if it's a rehash of DMC4. Resident Evil 6 is a fine example.

I wasn't on about you VS Tameem. It's just all this talk of putting messages on people's twitter and there's only so much a person can take when it's like that.
It's not always how it is written that can push a person, it's the sheer volume of rudness and trolling. Again, I'm on about this in general.
Now for DmC/ Tameem. I can see why he has become the whipping boy and scapegoat for complaints. The guy was very involved with PR and videos; and yes, some of what he said can be inflammatory, but what has been done by the fans seems to be going too far. I don't think anyone would want to wake up to a pile of nasty comments on their twitter or hurtful e-mails.

DmC is so bad, I actually thought about buying multiple copies just so that I could go skeet shooting with them. Their sales would also go up, so it's a win-win scenario for everyone. :lol:

Look up the infamous ending of Evangelion as a result of fan death threats and flame mail. The japanese are quite used to the "proper response" to fan flames being to EPICLY troll them, so I wouldn't be surprised if Tameem was encouraged by some of the Capcom crew to respond the way he did.

DMC4 capitalized the success of 3. It was done well, but it confused the fanbase.
Speaking of Evangelion, the Rebuild films are better compared to the original series.

But let's face it, I've seen the behaviour of Jpanese fans. Some are like scum of the earth. Obesssing over 'idols' who have to pretend to act innocent so creepy old guys will spend money. But the moment it is found there is a boyfriend, these 'fans' troll and then burn all items they have with her image and call 'whore' on her. Fans like that aren't fans and aren't worth it
I'd hate to see the majority of video game fans become like that. Breaking their games and burning items with game characters image on them. Just proves how little some people have to do in life if they are batshit insane over something like that. :blink:
What's next: Burn an effigy of Tameem? :blink: It's not flipping Guy Fakwes night yet :lol:

What I'm trying to say is that a whole bunch of people (including me, of course) hate DmC so much that we will prefer another unfinished game like DMC4 to anything even remotely related to Ninja Theory.
