For Pete's sake... Nero does not do anything to the story... I felt that Dmc was starting to head somewhere, but now with Nero it just feels like they are gonna continue with him, and forget about Dante.

I mean... How can anyone like Nero? He is just a wannabe -Nobody likes a wannabe, face it-

Dante's moves are better, his weapons are better and his styles are better... Dante is the better character, and Nero just plain sucked... My opinion, plus, partly true .lol. End of story.

They Won't continue the story only with Nero...
Damn, I mean Dante made DMC and he's the real deal...Maybe DMC4 was just an introduction for Nero and the story will continue with both of them.

Forgetting about Dante would f*ck DMC up...besides, Dante is impossible to forget.

If Capcom would like to introduce a new character, they could have done that without taking Dante's protagonist role away. Nero would have like 7 missions and fans would give feedback to Capcom on the new character. If he'd be liked, he'd have a greater role.

Capcom chose the wrong way.

I still don't mind it :P

And you know that you get to play as Dante to rescue Nero...would you prefer the other way around?(as if Dante needs any rescuing  )

Besides the Savior is most likely the first true powerfull enemy Nero faced, which means that the Savior would have been almost child's play for Dante...

a young boy that thinks he can do everything and talks big but his actions are small...and not to mention totally inferior to Dante and being a main character in a DMC game

Nero's actions are not at all small... he did defeat the Savior and other tons of demons... I know he can;t match up to Dante ,but hey... he was a young punk too;)...<3 Dante

Nero was given the chance by Dante to save the world. I think at this point, Devil May Cry 4 never had a storyline, because at Dante's intervention, the whole Nero thing would have been dissolved.

you have a good point there

^ Thanks!;)

I just feel Nero was pointless into all of this. Like someone put there with no back story, no specific reason to get into this, having served a generic love story, and Dante having fun all the way.

Well Dante maybe gave Nero the chance to save the world because he thought the kid had potential;)... and he did:P

Without the Yamato....I don't think so....That's why Dante made a big battle with the Savior....To infiltrate the sword of his brother inside the monolith demon for the kid to use It...

Well Nero could handle Yamato... so he's no slouch :P

I agree with the sword and Nero's DT bond thing, but something Nero had must have "attracted" Yamato for him to be able to wield it.

Obviously, the Devil Bringer...<_<....And Sparda's Blood....I hate Capcome for putting a low-class character on the Legendary bloodline...

WTF... Nero is no "low class"... we don't know Nero's past so we can't know, not yet at least, how he got Sparda's blood or how he got the DB.

Maybe he's for DMC like Soki was for Onimusha DoD.(without the reincarnation part)

Nero didn't got Sparda's Blood. Obviously, he has blue vivid eyes, silver hair and that stuff, identical to the twins and Sparda, and carries his blood. But still, he's a low-class.

What are you talking about? Low level? Nero is a "born" decendant of Sparda meaning he is a born relative, Either son, grandson, nephew or w/e he is not human(if thats what you meant by low level). Btw look at the concepts of the Devil Bringer,it appears to be Nero himself but as in full flesh instead of the ghostly image thing in the game.

I agree with you. We see Nero's DT in the concepts as a full-fledged demon and in the game as a hovering ghost.

Maybe Nero's DT will evolve, just as Dante's, and become similar to the one from the concepts.;)
