Can they not go five minutes without changing it? There is no NEED for these changes. . .
Ugh - I am never going to get my inspiration back at this rate...been almost two years since I wrote anything and it seriously shows. Plus thanks to whoever thought it would be awesome to erase my entire novel file containing over 14 works-in-progress, character progressions, synopses and plot ideas. I now have to start from scratch again and some of that stuff took months to put together.
If your sig disappeared it was either an image hosting issue or it were deemed too large for this site. Every sig considered oversized (height-wise as widths are auto-resized to fit) is removed without preamble. It's nothing personal, just people are struggling to browse using different mediums when there are huge sigs to contend with. And contacting each individual member takes time which the staff can't really spare - plus not everyone comes online every day and there are some who want a lengthy debate about the whys and wherefores. A lot of sigs have been removed/changed - mine included, and Keaton's, so it applies to everyone and not just members 
Well, the Eurogamer expo should be interesting, not looking forward to paying out the ass for train tickets however.
Tickets to London are a total biznatch unless you pay three years in advance or do the group save thing and then four of you pay for just two tickets. That's how we had to do it for the expo last year - but the costs don't stop there. For some reason Earl's Court seems to think that a sammich and drink should cost you your very soul in payment...
Don't forget ID - even if you don't look under 18, it's not worth being turned away from the restricted areas just because some security guard decides to check your age and you've got nothing to show for it. Last year they were super strict about it.
CT: painkillers aren't working...and I seriously don't want the doctor to "take a look at me" next week. "Take a look" invariably means "cause you more pain".

Yeah I've got some experience having gone to an MCM a few years back, took a metric ton of my own water so I didn't have to resort to back alley organ removal to afford drinks. I should have about enough money to cover the costs and then some, just the fact that the tickets are somewhere in the region of £50 a pop makes me spit with fury.

It's ridiculous how expensive it all is...Steve had never been to London before and I was trying to explain about London prices before we left and I don't think he believed me until we had lunch and he almost had a finance-related heart attack
