So let me get this straight. I have to somehow get my backside to Stoke on Trent first thing in the morning on public transport which is of questionable reliability only to have to come home again with the equipment from the hospital after half an hour, wear the stupid stuff all night long and then deliver it back the following morning before 9am?

This is ridiculous.

Why do people have to complain? Why? I do what's expected of me without question because its reasonable, but then someone has to come along and b*tch and low and behold I get punished to.
