+ I need to really give up on coffee. I love it, but the baby seems not to. x__x I thought one cup would do fine after a long break, but noooope...

I don't count it as a misfortune; I rather think of it as a learning experience for everyone involved. :)

CT: Might be a bit (more) absent for a while. Nothing bad--just been packing. Apparently the appraisal already happened (we should get confirmation by tomorrow at the latest), so aside from the copious amount of paperwork that's sure to follow, we're still waiting on proof that the seller has dealt with the asbestos. As long as everything is on the up and up, the keys should be in our hands June 30th.

We need more boxes. ._.

I had IBS problems earlier this year and after trying to find out the cause, it turns out to be my "healthy" option.
I was trying to lower my weight by eating salads as meals but it turns out eating raw vegetables for days is interfering with my digestion, something not only explained in a website I looked into but even confirmed by the specialist doctor who examined my problem.

After I sorted out my IBS and used the FODMAP list as a guideline on what to avoid, I slowly started having a surge of appetite and craved food like a pregnant woman.

THE HOUSE IS OURS!

We still have to do the whole lawyer/paperwork thing, but it's ours! I'm legit over the moon right now. 18 more days until the keys are in our hands.

Gonna finish packing my books today (it's taken 7 boxes so far--I see at least 2 more) and move on to the nightmare that is my closet.

...Sorry, just really, really nervous/excited. ^^;

Dad is coming to our house on July!! <3

We moved in here when the pandemic and martial law hit, and he hasn't even seen our new apartment. Plus, I miss him. I met him quickly last summer outside, but otherwise se haven't seen each other since December 2019.
(He has severe risk factors for COVID and he lives in another city, so he hasn't been able to travel and doesn't want to risk anything, and that's why we haven't seen each other even though we've been calling each other at least twice a week.)

Can't wait <3
 
So if a radio dies you replace the batteries and boom! It's fixed. So why can't we change the batteries on a Cellular phone? Because my phone battery is dying faster than my self esteem on a Friday night. :D
 
Alot of BLEACH rewrite videos scrap Ichigo and Chad's existing friendship and they make Chad a fullbringer from the start.

I support that idea.

PS. The Latin character joining a gang subtext was unintentional.

Some people don't just believe when I tell them snakes have their unique personality and their behaviour is nice to watch.

Well, I just finished our pet snake's yearly terrarium mega-cleaning. As I watch him going slowly around it, carefully sniffing his fresh and clean hiding caves and even more carefully studying his new plants, checking out a new hiding spot I made for him, taking a sip from his water bowl (which he does literally every time the water is changed! :D), and then going for a nap in his absolute all-time favourite spot, which I didn't change at all because he loves it, I can confidently state they're still wrong. ^^

As soon as he's relaxed, he'll get something to eat. I think he might know it, it's a tradition and he tends to learn this kind of patterns :)
 
Accompanied my mom for her second Covid-19 vaccination.

But the worse is yet to come, since supposedly her immune system is vulnerable for the next one and a half month.
Gotta help her out with her business while she stays home.
 

The truth hurts. I had different opinions but the video is right.

I think Jak and Daxter would be better off with a reboot but it's still a gamble. Reboots are anything goes and the developers can't serve every faction of the fandom. They are gonna pick and choose what they want and leave the rest.

Instead of the GTA direction, I think legend of Zelda would've been a good model. Each new game has a land to explore and new problems to overcome.

Ironically Sonic Boom would've been better off as a Jak and Daxter reboot. Maybe just get those developers to come in and do a Jak reboot? Those guys could use a comeback after Sega screwed them over.

An FF7R style remake could work but that overlaps with a reboot. Sometimes you just gotta let the chops fall where they may.

If you cant replace your phone battery then someone ripped you off. What kind of phone is it?
