I was partly mistaken, it is a girl's name, but yeah: it is a given name in Finland. Quite rare though. One "Kaiju" works at the University of Helsinki.

Also, "keiju" is a word in Finnish and it means "fairy".

Sure, in the original Adventure series the main character Tai is eleven at the start of the franchise and we last see him at the age of 39 with his own son who is about to start his own journey.

Politics has gotten so, so bad, that it's a choice of life or death. We are very close to having a Socialist in office. I'm not happy, or confident at this point. If we are this close to having a Socialist in office, then it's not a matter of "if" we have a Socialist in office, its a matter of "WHEN."

If not this election, but maybe the next election or the next 10 years. They're doing it in my home state of California, too. We already have a Socialist as a governor of California. What's next? The Presidency?

COVID lockdown also caused chaos in my California. There is chaos in Portland, New York, and other democratic states. Republican states have 'em too, but... not to the same scale of Democrat-run states.

I'm just trying to grit my teeth and wait for more news.

I love the emotional rollercoaster after therapy. Not a joke.

It starts from desperation, the feeling of being a helpless victim, and having my hands tied behind my back in front of the memory of these narcissistic monsters. Then it grows into aggression, bloodlust, and the urge for vengeance.

Then it makes me energized, it makes me think I'm not gonna give a f*ck anymore, that they don't deserve a thought from my end... and it makes me very, very aware of the fact that even though it took years to fight them, they could never make it through like I did – thus, I'm stronger than they will ever be.

I've got a week without a thought sacrificed to them before next session, and honestly, I can't wait for the adrenaline and this kind of energy burst again. It's not a coincidence that my most effective working days tend to be Thursdays

Looks like e-learning's been extended--to the surprise of no one. At least no one who's been paying attention for the last year.

I just hope it doesn't keep getting extended like it did last year. These really are the formative years for a lot of kids regarding social development, and I can't imagine being trapped at kiddo's age. Just have to keep reminding myself her life is a ton better than mine was growing up, so the mental ramifications shouldn't be as bad.
