YES, WE CAN! =D I found out about it on accident in new game plus. Problem is you have to be out of the car to use it, but still. :woot: -accidentally glided onto Founder's Island too early and is now rigging every tank she sees to blow as soon as it sees her--will enjoy this immensely-

Edit: Okay, apparently too many disrupted tanks blowing up at once can cause the game to freeze.
