Today I actually went train and learned some mixed martial arts. Primarily Escrima. Not only did we practice with our teacher but also his master who was trained by the real guy Jean Claude Van Damme played in Bloodsport, Frank Dux. Very cool.

These are very talented mixed martial artist who have skills that blew our minds when we witnessed their sparring match. They're willing to teach us and are also not even charging for it. Still a total noob but, I'm learning. (I started to feel like Nightwing lol)
