Using 12 years old humor in a conference filled with adults is acceptable for you? Sorry, but a conference like this is supposed to be objective. People there were expecting to see the art of the game, but at the end NT showed those "DANTE IS GEY GUYZ XDDDDDDDDDDDD" jokes.Even if it is real, SO F*CKING WHAT! They are just expressing their opinion about the old Dante. It's YOU and the other old fans who are taking it by heart! Seriously? It's just a fictional character! Not everyone will think that Dante looks awesome.

When i see the reactions the so called "fans" of a series/franchise/character have when they don't have it their way(Splinter Cell's "fans" or more recently Metal Gear Solid's) nowadays i really wish more developers had the balls to make fun of their pathetic a**es like NT did with those pictures.

But saying he's a character you shouldn't care for him is a crappy argument anyway.
In fact there is no argument. If you've never connected to a character in a book than that's just weird. It's why they give characters personalities. Not that you would know.

If you can't let this kind of thing go and are getting all mad about it and obviously baiting people with your personal issues about this comparison, then you have no right to say that I or even Chancy, or others who are mad DmC supporters should let disagreers not like it and stop starting things, because you're being quite hypocritical.

To be honest, I feel like the majority of you guys are taking this the wrong way. If anything, this was meant to be humorous and for a few people to laugh. I can handle a few lewd jokes and a few bad words on my pal Ol' Dante. Seriously, Dante is a fictional character...try not to get so upset about someone making fun of someone who isn't real. Maybe we should be getting upset over real life issues, such as the genocide taking place in North Africa at the moment? I understand that NT may have ruffled your feathers and annoyed you, but posting an entire thread about it and spawning a screaming war on a forum isn't the best way to go about things.
And also, I do not support NT for doing this. I had a good laugh with a few of the images, but they should have realized what they were doing.
