Dang, I wanted to create a thread to rate best incarnation of dante with a poll.I guess this thread could be used for the same purpose.
DMC 1 and 2 - Haven't played it so can't rate it.
DMC 3- 10/10. For me , that was best incarnation. It had serious royal-guard to fun trickster. I felt individual style system was ,more balanced that meshed together unlike DMC 4.
DMC 4 - 9/10. All styles being meshed together was something i expected in DMC 3 but got it in DMC 4. His gameplay was on-point. But jump cancelling seemed dumbed down with pandora and darkslayer being easily jump - cancellable.DMC 4 was a let-down game for me and hence the 1 point deficient from full score.
