Ninja Theory's working on SOMETHING...

WolfOD64

That Guy Who Hates Fox McCloud
A tech demo has been leaked, showcasing the team's attempt to familiarize themselves with Unreal Engine 4. Not surprised...they used UE3 in practically every game they've ever made, DmC included.

TAKE HEED: This is NOT CONFIRMED to be their next project, so accept what you see with a dash of rational salt. It's just a tech demo.

And honestly, if you want my opinion, I'd rather have whatever this is than DmC2. That, or a sequel to Heavenly Sword. Whichever is likelier to be made.

(I know people don't like this term but) There seems to be a lot of DmC haters on that forum despite the fact that the tech demo has nothing to do with DmC.

I don't think it's their next project, I just think it's a tech demo. They mentioned in an interview - don't remember which one exactly - that the blue haired girl was not from the game they're currently working on.

Tech demos are tech demos. They are not game announcement trailers.
But the characters looked really interesting.:'(

Why must you destroy my dreams?

I generally think NT had pretty atrocious PR attitude even before DmC, but i do like HS and would like them work on it more and maybe make it even better

True they did, however I think HS was their more famous work before DmC since HS was one of the first PS3 games to come out.

But like I said before, DmC will be their downfall in promoting a new game not only for the PR of DmC but the fact that DmC exist. some can say the PR is the reason for people saying they suck at making games, but really it's either because they made DmC or a legitimate dislike.

I definitely would like HS2 despite my dislike toward DmC, but i think they are wrong in badmouthing every single publisher they worked with...

When did they badmouth a single publisher? Unless you have proof, they have legit NEVER badmouth any of the publishers they had.

They pretty much put blame for "bad" sales of Heavenly Sword on Sony, and they literally accused namco of lack of promotion for Enslaved

Yep. Remember when everyone and their mothers thought that the Zelda Wii U tech demo was representative of the actual game they were brewing for the system, even though history has shown us time and time again that tech demos simply serve the purposewwawd to flex a bit of hardware muscle?

Or the Final Fantasy VII PS3 Tech Demo that so many took as the remake announcement, despite it saying goddamn "TECH DEMO" right under the title in the video :/

Oh yeah, I remember Enslaved, but I don't remember them saying anything on Sony. Again, proof or an article would help.
