No you cannot have a different opinion than me. No one is allowed to think MGR will look better in any fashion whatsoever. EVER. Period. understand me?
Though I have always found Raiden's outfit kinda cool...could use some changes in the rear end department because I dont want to stare at his butt the entire game like in MGS4... Butt cleavage had no shortage in that game. Metal Butt Cleavage 4: Butt cleavage of the Patriots should have been it's name.

I'm a massive Metal Gear fan and I'm not really on board for Rising sorry. It really looks like a DMC game with Metal Gear wallpaper and I love Metal Gear for Metal Gear reasons. I was more looking forward to Ground Zeroes but this brand new Phantom Pain gave me a huge nergasm and blew me away. So, I'm really more interested in those upcoming titles. Also, I still don't like Raiden. I'd like to play as the Cyborg Ninja but that title belongs to Grey Fox. Raiden becoming the new cyborg ninja was like a complete idiot wearing the Batman cowl. He just isn't worthy. Plus I really despise QTEs and that is a turn off for me. I'd probably borrow Rising from a friend somehow to play it but I'm definitely not buying it. I'll just wait for Ground Zeroes and for that crazy mofo Kojima to come out of hiding with more of this Phantom Pain aka MGS 5!

I don't really see why You would need to pit the 2 titles off against one another anyway, they're both completely different. MGR relies heavily on the 'cut whichever way you want' sword gimmick, DmC is, well, DmC.
Besides, I'm a little put off by Raiden going from a semi-normal war-hardened white-haired shell suit-wearing dude, to a Random robotic high-heeled, white blood spewing, missing-lower-jaw Sword master, random, Random guy.

Raiden was almost fully cybernetic in MGS4, too...he was grievously injured saving Sunny from Area 51, and the only part of him that's still human is the top half of his skull, and some of his brainstem

He still had the jaw thing in 4 but yeah while hes a deeper character then these stereotypes in Mgs 4 he was very emo and in Rising they seem to be turning him into Dante.
