They should do a revamped version of the original. You know better graphics but same story.

Maybe so but in this day and age people moan about some remakes. I mean the excellent Chronicles Of Riddick was being remade for 360 and people moaned that they wouldnt pay for it again without decent extras. So Starbreeze Studios being the excellent developers they are (teamed with Tigon Studios) decided to make a remake of original plus a new game. Remake of the highly acclaimed but criminally under received title Chronicles Of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay with whole new game Chronicles Of Riddick: Assault On Dark Athena (plus multiplayer). I think rare should maybe do the same thing and make a remake PLUS another follow up title after it and put them in the same package. That way no-one could complain as they have a remade original that they liked so much and also extra on top of that.

escape from butcher bay was a beast game loved the stealth and seeing in the dark got all the smokes too. Anyways (back to perfect dark now) I guess that would be cool but it would have to be well put together. I wouldn't want the extra bits to clash with the original game...if that makes sense :P

Well Assault On Dark Athena is coming soon and its looking excellent from hands on previews and trailers ive seen (been watching its production for some time). If rare alone had their hands in it i dont see how it could clash really. I mean they are a veteran team and if they didnt rush it im sure they could reignite the brilliance of the first Perfect Dark.

The PS2/PS3 Dualshock 2/3 are the best controllers. I mean, they are perfectly adjusted and are comfortable at the hand. The buttons are also perfectly put.

The DualShock 3 has to best controller I've ever used based on comfort alone.

This post alone decided the fate and purpose of the thread.

I have a very high amount of dextarity so I can use any controler:p

But the king of controlers is the computer mouse. Thats right, consoles can bite me:lol:

Although, like I said I liked all the controlers but probably like the playstation controler best.

/Thread.

I never took the mouse into consideration to be honest, I spent so much time using the damn thing that I forgot how enjoyable and comfortable it was to use, in comparison to anything else, plus the mouse has quickened response time compared to the console controller, which is why console FPS games will always be crippled with the lack of mouse control.

I like Guitar Hero controllers. It's the only ones i can use while wearing gloves. And i like wearing my gloves. But after that, Playstation controllers.

^Yes you can, you'd be surprised.

Besides most fighting games you can beat a grandmaster just by randomly smashing buttons.

not entirely i am a pro instreet fighter and i know all the techniques(that took me a long time to discover how to do a hodouken:P)
so no i dont smash buttons randomly :P

^I don't play fighting games much, so I'll take your word for it.

But get this, a friend of mine wanted to play soul caliber 4 (he is really good at it, I've never played) so we go over and the match starts.

He tries to start his combo, but I turn around and throw my controller down the stairs XD

:lol:and my guy does this one move that instantly threw him out of the ring:lol:

I turn to him and go "Told you so"

Oh right, it was the Xbox version.
