Bandai Namco America released an English trailer finally which also confirms that the game is coming to Steam and Xbox as well.

A DIGIMON GAME ON PC!? Bamco has finally come to its senses! Now, all they need to do is put Digimon World Next Order on Steam.

A few other things:
"Digimon Survive won't have any Sci-Fi elements" say the creators. From my understanding, this means it'll be more present day unlike Cyber Sleuth which was far future with all the virtual reality EDEN stuff.
The Producer Habu has confirmed that a "Digimon Story" game is also still in production although it apparently won't be a sequel to Cyber Sleuth.
A new anime based project has leaked, we don't know much other than it's Adventure based and a 22 year old Tai and Matt will have some role.
