I CARE!!
Because if he is younger than 21 then he cannot legally possess alcoholic beverages:blink: Or even have sex before he's mairried!! :ermm:
I dont think Dante would care.

Where have you read that?It is used only to provide a general idea of what something is.
Where have you read that?
if Tameem wanted he could say he is nearly twice my age.
No offence but when i say "decade" i mean decade = 10 years. And if i say decade andhalfi mean jus that. It's the natural way of talking, if you take everything literally life would be impossible... And it is interview, surely he could have chosen his words better, but considering the fact that he answered like in 5-10 seconds there isn't enough time to be precise, interviews aren't meant to be taken that literally, we have literature for that
i don't see why i should take "decade" as a rough number.
No offence but when i say "decade" i mean decade = 10 years. And if i say decade andhalfi mean jus that.
If i wanted to not be exact i can say "He's roughly a decade younger than me" or "He's roughly two decades younger than me".
At least when talking about a characetrs age.
Though i've read in books they mentioned "1960s"ofc it's not a exact thing, but when speaking of a person or character's age then i don't see why i should take "decade" as a rough number.
No, but we´re not talking about history here, and it´s a small number. It´s 15 years margin, where as the margin for the war is 300. That number is 20x as much as the one Tameem says the difference is between his and Dantes. The U.S. claimed their independence three centuries ago. Does that mean that we did so exactly 300 years ago?
You're nitpicking so hard right now, it's not even funny. No offence but when i say "decade" i mean decade = 10 years. And if i say decade andhalfi mean jus that.

Well he was comparing himself to Dante to make a point that Dante is not based on him.I think if Tameem intended to be exact he would of just said his age. Which i don't think there is a definite age for Dante anyways. Just like 99% of all video game characters
Well he was comparing himself to Dante to make a point that Dante is not based on him.
If i was going to compare your and my age, i wouldn't say "Your 15, i am 17". I would probably say "Your two years younger than me" or "I am two years older than you".
Why wouldn't saying the exact age be relevant? It seems more spot on than saying two years older because it doesn't really mean 730 days. i'm just going off your anal logic here. Sayin a decade and a half, to me, is a vague estimate. He could of said two decades and the interview would of ended the exact same way.
At first I thought NT was gonna make Dante a teenager, like 17-19, but as of late i can see Dante being in his early 20's to about 24 years old.
Point being: he was comparing his and Dante's age and gave us the difference.
Great detective work Watson!
*hands you a cookie*
I just realiize, your right, if Dante isn't somewhere between 16 and 19 then he's pretty immature for his age.Let's say Dante is 23 than Dante seriously needs to grow up and stop acting like a punk. :troll:
Hippie!

Sad, but true.
