Trunks firing a kamehameha is the equivalent of Vegeta using 100XKaio-ken he never learned those techniques in the DBZ canon and in GT he never really trained so how come he randomly can use that ? Non-canon powers that's how !

Because he was trained by Piccolo in the future after Goku died so it makes 100% sense that he uses Piccolo's fighting style and techniques EVEN then he only does it in the games which are non-canon.

There are holes in your theory Kid buu was taking control of spirit bomb because goku was powerless to budge it any further so all kid buu did was push it upwards even freiza was able to do that in saiyan saga.
