im fine with having a cast disconnected from the Sparda family.

i find it funny if Dante has a son that takes himself too seriously.

I think it's now or never to fully introduce the concept of angels into the original DMC continuity.

The fact of the matter is that the world has (or at least should have) effectively ended after the Qliphort tree incident. Therefore, you could easily set it up to where the angels have decided that humanity has failed in their stewardship of the Earth and the world needs resetting through divine power (something akin to the Conception in SMT3). Nero and company naturally fight back against the angels as they don't want to be destroyed but also believe humanity deserves a second chance to rebuild society.

It would make an interesting change of pace from demons being unleashed into the human world for the umpteenth time. Also makes an ironic situation whereby Nero and Trish using demonic power to protect humans instead of it being traditionally presented as being evil.

Angels would be a cool enemy dynamic, also having nero and others hunted would add tension

i started brainstorming a fanfic based off a roleplay scenario i talked with @ef9dante_oSsshea and @UMrban:Divided.

it focuses on two government-sanctioned demon hunters teaming up with an idealistic teenager to find his missing father.

Agents Zeta and Gamma are in their mid-20s and early 30s respectively.

Zeta uses a staff and relies on stealth and underhanded tactics. His psychic abilities are more like a stand from Jojo's, requiring setup and focus to implement.

Gamma is a regular human who relies on technology to augment his physical attacks. Uses guns, a hammer, and wrestling moves.

Ace is half yokai and relies on speed and agility to make up for his short size and lack of strength.

Ace's father was the reason why Zeta and Gamma joined the government's new demon-hunting unit. So they have a vested interest in finding him and keeping his son out of trouble.

Ace and Zeta don't get along at first and Gamma is forced to mediate between them.

DLC 1- homeward bound- Ace visits his mother's side of the family in their isolated mountain village.

Yokai and humans don't get along so the trio must stop a conflict from escalating.

neither Zeta nor Gamma can go home again and we learn why.

DLC2- Meeting Your Heroes

a trio of short stories where we learn why Ace idolizes Dante, Gamma hates Nero, and Nico and Lucia flusters Zeta.

Not bad, would go a different route myself but that is pretty decent.

i wanted a villian called chimeara- a new creature thats considered an outsider to humanity and demonkind. Maybe a science experiment grappling with their existence?

Sounds interesting. If as a playable character & boss-type character.

And still wish Dante would have a daughter instead of a son. Whether it's with Lucia or another woman that comes into his life.

there are some cool fan concepts.

Fusion, agni and rudra could fuse so i want another set of devil arms to be duel wielded and the bosses to go with them which have 2 phases.

a criminal forced to be a demon hunter in exchange for a lowered sentence or more oppurtunities etc.

if the series is about characters overcoming their nature for the greater good, then using a normal "bad guy" as a main character could be interesting.

That would be interesting for Nero to end up having a partner with.

a quirky group of bosses like in RE7 and 8.
