I'm okay I suppose. You have caught me in a pretty depressive state. The next week and a bit is going to be utter Hell for me. I have to listen to my family nagging at me about what happened to me I also have to miss seeing my girlfriend, as she can't be there When I said goodbye to her yesterday, she was practically crying her eyes out... My poor baby

Well, hospital strength drugs are gooood and I intend to fully abuse them during my entire stay when the time comes

I hallucinated when I was in labour before they gave me the epidural. I breathed in far too much gas and air too quickly and everyone turned into Mr Chips from Catchphrase - all in their uniforms and going about their business, but bright yellow. I could also hear phones ringing constantly and fairground music. Anaesthetist said later that I was the first woman he had administered an epidural to who had giggled all the way through rather than yelled as a foot long needle was inserted into my spine :lol:

Hallucinating is cool though - don't mind a bit of that...

A lot of things seem like a good idea until hospitals are involved :lol:

Pity I'm not allowed to have the ultimate in pain relief this time around...had an epidural last time and couldn't feel a thing. It was awesome. Not allowed one this time because it wreaked havoc with my nerve endings and the like so I'll have to stick to good old morphine derivatives and the hallucinogenic properties of gas and air...

Meh, it's ok I guess - just got to that stage where you can't quite see your feet, you can't breathe properly and walking has become a massive effort :lol: I've only just started packing my hospital bag in case things happen quicker than anticipated. I've got an appointment on Tuesday to see how the baby is getting on and for some blood tests and all that crap - in a way I'm hoping they'll say they'll want to induce me early so I can get it all over with quicker. Of course, when I'm in hospital cursing the day Steve was born I doubt I'll be thinking "Wow, having the baby induced was SUCH a great idea. Go me" :lol:

Ah. the Germany trip. Ours did that. Still, they were pretty quick with it so hopefully you'll get yours back in no time.

I'm much the same - bored, fat and uncomfortable :lol:. Just want September to hurry up so I can get my body back :lol:
