Hmm...I liked the new look and style from the very beginning, but I had reservations about the gameplay; fortunately most of those are at least sleeping now. :)

Well, ammo capacity isn't really an issue considering how Dante has infinite bullets. I personally think the new guns are a tad cooler, if less realistic; but I am sad that they dropped those iconic E&I portraits on the sides. (Edit: beat me to it). :)

A lot of people claim to follow God's law, but aren't doing anything of the sort in reality. I don't thing this guy's hypocrisy is something to worry about.

I don't know--even if that were not the case, what about the DMC3 opening? He eats pizza gets attacked by demons, rocks out to his jukebox while killing them, fights more demons, shoots billiard balls at them while holding his pizza in his mouth, and puts on his coat with overblown dram which...

Yeah, Dante is more Dante this time around. I like him. By the way, did anyone notice that in one of the new screens he's fighting what looks like one of those new flying enemies, but it has horns and a jack o' lantern face and an overall more demonic aspect? I'm not sure what to think about...

Ok, I've simmered down a bit now. After re-watching the gameplay again it looks like we'll have to hold down the buttons for the alternate "lock on" attacks. e.g. y=attack LS toward enemy+hold down y=stinger (continue hold down=million stabs?) So while we may have to learn some new muscle memory...

So there is no lock on button? WTH What kind of rubbish H&S does not have a lock on button? WTH NT?

Yep, that's the one. pardon me for being to lazy to find it for myself. That said though, it does sound as though the release date won't be for a while yet.

They released a new article recently confirming that there will be batches of DmC info around major gaming events. Captivate, E3 and TGS were cited as examples.

Oh, I haven't abandoned it, but all the reasonable people--like you, Gamingpixie, Amanda--all left, and all the topics died except for one or two epic trolling competitions. So there isn't really much to do there these days. Even my hobby of pot-stirring and troll-baiting got worn out. :P

Ugh. That would be awful. Now that I have FFXIII-2 it's my most anticipated game of 2012.
