    Hi Drakan. I'm interested in adding a .gif image to my signature but want to avoid breaking any forum rules. I see there is an Image tab that I can click on and copy/paste the image's URL but I've done that on another forum in the past and have had the image removed. It's no big deal if I can't, it's just something that I've always had my mind wrapped around.

    We don't strictly disallow it, sometimes the owner of the content disables the ability to hotlink on other sites though.

    Always best people still use spoiler tags in all threads too so a wise idea. Im avoiding that thread until I see the film on Sunday but same goes for ALL spoiler discussions. Status messages arent the place for them and threads need to be clearly marked and spoiler tagged.

    That's not a problem. I'll be seeing it on Saturday. As you can understand, we've just got to make sure nobody spoils the movie for others. There was nothing wrong with what you did. After all, it's just a discussion. The warnings are there for people to see, so nobody can say that you or others ruined anything. As long as spoiler tags are put in place, like Dark Drakan said.

    Command & Conquer Generals/Zero Hour are weirdly proving hardest to get running on Windows 10 but im still attempting some workarounds.

    Managed to get both working in the end, the game for some reason doesnt create an options.ini file when it first attempts to launch so have to create one yourself & dont patch to latest patch as mouse cursor disappears & sound doesnt work for some reason.

    Managed to get Red Alert 2, Tiberian Sun, Emperor Battle for Dune & Battle for Middle Earth II running on Windows 10 fine, now for Generals.

    Hi! Congrats, again, about your baby. ^^ I had a question about your computer. You built it, right? ^^; I've been thinking about looking into building a laptop (cuz I'm sick of having to upgrade mine so often and only finding out a year later that it's a shoddy piece of equipment) and I was wondering about how much it cost to build a com. ^^;

    Thanks very much and yeah I did, laptops would be more expensive than a desktop and far more difficult to find compatible parts for and also small form factor parts to fit inside a laptop can be troublesome. Far easier and cheaper to build a desktop (I looked into laptop myself).

    I researched and asked advice off more knowledgeable friends as I had been out of the loop for a long that tech had moved on a lot since I last messed around with it. I spent years trying to learn what I could and trying to find the best bang for buck parts I could.

    Anti virus can sometimes block sites that have in the past been flagged for malware which we had (thanks to hacking incident).

    It's just strange that everything worked fine until this morning, hence why it never occurred to me. I don't think AVG even got to update at that point, it had everything the same as the night before. Doesn't matter now, I've switched to another, if same problem happens again I know where to go first. Thanks!
