Attempted to go home after work. Needless to say that it didn't happen. The creek bed was way too flooded. Just went to class instead so I can turn in my project. Good news was that my deadline was pushed to end of class Monday.

Decided to try to go home again and luckily the flooding went down enough that I could pass through. Good to be friggen home!

Star Wars Revenge of the Sith did not explain how the Clone Troopers became Storm Troopers. I had to Google to learn this!

I think I've outgrown Anime... Or at least modern stuff. The sexual depictions of 13 year girls is weirding my out as i get older.

The Clone Troopers were implanted with a biochip that, when given a particular command, would respond and override the Trooper's ability to act and think for themselves. This command was "Order 66", an order given by Chancellor Palpatine (also known as Darth Sidious), and lived up to its purpose of having the Clone Troopers wipe out the Jedis. Now under "mind-control" due to these biochips, the Clone Troopers now served under the rule of the Galactic Empire, and became the Stormtroopers.

Here is a question. Should a author add small sample of world building which later can be used for a mini arc, separate from the main story? Or should anything and everything added to the tale should be related to main story only?

Oh yeah, I see where you're coming from, don't get me wrong. I guess they just thought that we'd understand that they become the Stormtroopers, since they just turned on the Jedi and killed them. Seems to me like they just passed it off as being something 'obvious', when in actual fact it might not make a lot of sense, not unless you go and do a bit of information digging.

Fallout 4 nominated for Best Technology at the GDC 2016?

Now, I like F4 but... Best Technology? That game? With its not that great graphics and animations, and absurdly long loading times(it even struggles loading beards in the char creator)? A game Bethesda insisted making with an engine they've been using for way too many years now and it's gotten old as hell? A game that comes with Bethesda's traditional load of bugs and glitches? Really?

I really wish to know what criteria they used for this nomination.
