Relatively unpopular opinions about any and everything

Come to think of it, I don't think Jim's the worst, guess I was pretty eager to find a scapegoat for the trend at the moment.@@ I think my real gripe about these "gaming youtuber" is that they almost always tend to stand by the most "trendy" bias... You just can't win with these guys. Even when...

Kaworu nagisa is the worst thing happened to Evangelion. I'd even say he's the worst character in the show.

Relatively unpopular opinions about any and everything

Games on Iphone/Android can be super fun and addicting, just because there's Unity created asset flips doesn't mean everything on google play are asset flips. The entire "gaming news youtuber" trend is awful. And Jim sterling is the worst self-patting proof of that. Most of the Taiwanese...

What are you watching right now?

I know Joss Whedon gets a lot of flak these days, but I can't help but fall in love with Cabin in the woods. It felt more like a love letter to the horror genre__ And It Actually Works!

Discussion Thread: Distribution of Games - Physical vs Digital

Back in the days PC games used to have bigger boxes, those were the magic good old days, back when opening one of these was like opening a treasure full of wonders. And manuals weren't a piece of paper telling you to register for UPlay, Origin, things like that. Having said that, the speed and...

Hello again, long time no see!

Sorry about the delay, was actually between jobs during the time, glad it all turned out well enough. Been gaming on my laptop lately, gained a bit interest in indie games and retro gaming. (Mainly due to some relatively lower system requirements. )Tried Chrono Trigger on the snes for the first...

    Least favorite enemy type

Well the first's just something I found when I typed "Dynasty Warrior" on google. The second one was "protozoid slimer" from Duke Nukem 3D, they sound digusting, they looked slimy, and they blocked the whole screen then caused several nightmare when they blocked your whole screen and get their...

    Least favorite enemy type

Some enemies in videogames were meant to be cannon fodder, like the grunt from the Halo series, or the infantry from the Dynasty warripr franchise. But some are far more insidious, these types of enemy were meant to crawl under yoir skin, or hated to the guts. To me, I hate the face hugger...

    Visual Novels (and related games)

It certainly is tempting, but I`ll be the first one to protest the very "concept" of yet another yaoi fanfiction about Dante and Vergil. Maybe a "Leon" kind of story set in the same universe?

    Totalbiscuit - bad news

That's indeed some horrible news, I really enjoy his contents. He's got that strange "cynical but fair" aspect in him you seldom find on other Youtubers. Hell, even Jim sterling couldn't beat him.

    Visual Novels (and related games)

Romance can be awesome if the developer knew what they're doing. Believe it or not, through some brilliant writing, even some H-games could have a great story. (Ever heard of a little game/Anime called Air?) I'm more of a music-type of guy, if the music sounds great, 60% of the time I'll like...

    Visual Novels (and related games)

The Fruit of Grisaia, it is expensive($39.99 USD), it is long(about the 11th longest visual novel according to VNDB). But it might be one of the best VN you can find on steam. Recommended.

I'm seriously considering getting a PSV for this one, that should give you a clue.
