Who would play Dante if they made a movie of DMC

How about that guy in Superhero Movie that played the dragon fly thing? .lol.
 
Although in the original concepts of DMC4 (remember the icy land and the really werid looking Dante)Tom was the spitting image of Dante...and although Dante isnt suposed to be a towering behemouth, he is supposed to be 'impressive', also, again, sorry Tom, but he just wouldn't suit Dante >.<! I would cringe lol

i dont think tom cruise is a good match to play dante.
Tom has brown hair and would gay with blond
Tom is short while dante is tall
Its like saying will smith could play Dante even though he is black

but its the same thing though. it prob will be will smith playing dante if they made a film.

How bout no one and make the DMC movie a CG like it should be or like how all the RE movies sould have been.

People in real life suck when trying to act like animated characters...except for iron man. XD
 
that has already been disgust and everyone said that was a bad idea as it should not be cg or done like the re films as it would end up with a ramdom new character being the lead role
 
he would make a good dante , but he has to have a strong voice and the physically fit and strong
 
i also agree that a live action DMC would totally suck, and that a CG animated one would be the way forward. think of how much money would be saved by not using a well known actor, money to be spent making some really freakin awesome fight sequences.

The FF7 advent children movie is an excellant example of what could be achieved, could you really imagine that as a live action movie? of course not cos it would suck big time.
 
I see a lot of negativity derived by failed live-action game-to-movie adaption films.

Let me tell you, that If you want a CG movie, watch all the cutscenes of any Devil May Cry game, and there you go, the movie, with subtitles, action, storyline and everything you got.

The live-action, is the next step.
 
Zachary Quinto might be able to pull it off (I'm still amused by the fact that he's playing Spock in the upcoming Star Trek movie, btw XD), though I would probably go with Christian Bale. One of the main reasons being that I like to look at him.
