Malware didn't detect sh*t either. However I tried Avast and...wow. I think I found my new antivirus system! Of course, I'm not on my computer currently cuz I had to go to work, so when I get off of it, I'll see what it detected. Last time I looked it found over 50 infected items :blush:. I do have to get the internet security version but at least I know it's working for me so far (I pray) so thanks to you and everyone for the recommendations!

sleep? sometimes it's instant but overtimes i just lay there with my eyes closed, not thinking i dont know how long it takes nor have i kept track

i have not consulted a doctor i was just reading on physcology (its interesting) and discovered i had mos if not all symptoms of anxiety and OCD.

i have been scared of my direction of thoughts lately i have to many of those obssesive thoughts, the aggressive kind.

i should probably do something.
