I suppose that in the spirit of this tread I now have to respond to this by saying something nice about you?
Back on topic. Event the characters I hate have a rediming quality to them, exept Arius, so I don't really mid the premise, I just find it a bit out there considering that we needed, that part is what boggles me.

He and Sid are good manipulators.
Its a acronym for Dante In Name Only. Its probably the most clever nickname he has been given and the least insulting.
DmC Dante- has some strong fortitude for a guy with his past.
Lilith is a concerned parent.
DMC2 Dante knows how to be cool.
Anime Dante knows how to nap.
Anime Lady has good management skills.
Patty has a good poker face.
DMC4 Dante has an appreciation for theatrics.

Who do I hate...?
Well, I hate Arius... With a passion. I don't like Nero or Kyrie, what an awful couple, I give them 3 months... Two if she gains weight. Sanctus and Agnus, the villans in DMC seem to lack and these two just add nitroglycerin, jet fuel, and newspapers to the fire.
Now, Something nice... God it's hard to say anything nice about Arius, his voice cracked all the time making him painful to listen to, he looked like a weeny version of Heihashi and dressed like an idiot making him hard to look at. And that giant tower he lives in? what is he trying to over-compensate for!!?...
Ok...
Arius:
He's rich, making every other flaw he will ever have secondary to all women.
Nero:
He looks like a bad ass
Kyrie:
There is potential to the character, just needs the right execution.
Sanctus:
He could pull off a great Santa for the orphans, just add a pillow and some hohoho's.
Agnus:
He's a scientist so at least he's gatta be book smart.

Really this is a hard thread......I really never hated any characters...in fact I never hated any characters from any series even Twilight......well now I don't..I have characters I like (Nero, DmC Dante, Lady, Lucia, & Dante) and characters I care nothing for (Arkham, Kat, & Ichigo from Bleach sorry I ran out of DMC characters to use).

How do you hate a character that we know nothing about? I also don't like it when people use people from DmC, since were not sure what they're doing from the game.

His attitude is pretty much Dante's from DMC3 upped up by some notches which is great since DMC3 Dante is my favorite personality wise.

Exactly. You can't love or hate them. You can like where there going with it or not, but you can't make the final decision until the game is out.
The whole topic is about saying a positive thing about the character you hate.

I've seen many say they love the new Dante and this game and where the series is heading.
You can probably check some of the threads in the DmC section and find many of them who say they love this game.
In fact, I dare to say I see more "love" for this game on the forum than "hate".
But that is of course my opinion.
